tuvo lugar la firma del acta de entrega de recepci\u00f3n de los dos primeros helic\u00f3pteros H145 para la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Ecuatoriana, primer cliente militar de Am\u00e9rica Latina para este bimotor multi-prop\u00f3sito. Entre este a\u00f1o y el pr\u00f3ximo, se entregar\u00e1n un total de seis H145 que ser\u00e1n conocidos con el nombre de \u201cCobra\u201d. Los helic\u00f3pteros ser\u00e1n asignados al Ala de Combate n\u00ba 22, en Guayaquil. El contrato incluye el entrenamiento de 12 pilotos y 15 t\u00e9cnicos, as\u00ed como una parte de entrenamiento operacional en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEstamos muy contentos de poder contar con nuevos equipos de alta tecnolog\u00eda para afrontar los retos operativos de nuestro pa\u00eds, donde son necesarios helic\u00f3pteros de alto rendimiento capaces de volar en los Andes hasta a alturas de 20.000 pies y tambi\u00e9n en la jungla o en el litoral\u201d<\/em>, declar\u00f3 el Coronel Franck Cevallos, comandante del Ala 22 de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Ecuatoriana.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGracias a los equipos de misi\u00f3n instalados en nuestros helic\u00f3pteros, podremos pasar r\u00e1pidamente de una misi\u00f3n de rescate a una misi\u00f3n de evacuaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica o de transporte, reforzando la capacidad de respuesta de nuestra instituci\u00f3n en caso de desastres y en otras misiones de apoyo a la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el Coronel Chiriboga, director de operaciones a\u00e9reas de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Ecuatoriana.<\/p>\n<p>Los seis helic\u00f3pteros H145 ser\u00e1n destinados a misiones ligadas al apoyo a la ciudadan\u00eda como el rescate en alta monta\u00f1a, la evacuaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y en caso de desastres, ya sea de d\u00eda como de noche. Tambi\u00e9n realizar\u00e1n misiones relacionadas con la seguridad del pa\u00eds como la vigilancia de fronteras y la lucha contra el tr\u00e1fico de drogas.
