Possession por sus siglas ingl\u00e9s) presentada el 17 de septiembre de 2020 en el Tribunal del Distrito Sur de Nueva York. La decisi\u00f3n del Juez James L. Garrity Jr. le permite al grupo acceder a los US$2.450 millones requeridos para hacer frente al impacto del COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el CEO de LATAM Airlines Group, Roberto Alvo afirm\u00f3 que \u201c<em>la aprobaci\u00f3n del DIP es un paso muy significativo para la sostenibilidad del grupo y agradecemos el amplio inter\u00e9s y la confianza en lo que LATAM ha construido y en nuestro proyecto de largo plazo.
