class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Simloc ha hecho realidad la visi\u00f3n del capit\u00e1n Terry Fensome, reputado formador de pilotos de Miami, Florida, fabricando un simulador que va a significar una revoluci\u00f3n para la simulaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea y que, como homenaje, lleva el nombre de su promotor, el FENSOME CONVERTIBLE 360 (FC360).<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo dispositivo AATD (Advanced Aviation Training Device) cuenta como base con una cabina MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation) en la que se puede operar con tres diferentes configuraciones de avi\u00f3n: SEP (Single-engine propeller), tipo Cessna 172 SP; MEP (Multi-engine propeller), tipo Piper PA-34-220T Seneca II y JET MCC, twin engine gen\u00e9rico, que, opcionalmente, puede ser un A320 espec\u00edfico, incluyendo el Data Package del fabricante.<\/p>\n<p>El conjunto est\u00e1 compuesto por un moderno m\u00f3dulo de fibra de vidrio semi-esf\u00e9rico, de unos 7 metros de di\u00e1metro por 4 de alto, en el que se integran la cabina, la estaci\u00f3n de instructor (IOS), el sistema visual de visi\u00f3n directa, el sistema de audio y el elemento clave, la combinaci\u00f3n de componentes de hardware y software que hace posible la aparici\u00f3n y desaparici\u00f3n de los tres modelos de avi\u00f3n en pocos minutos. Este innovador sistema ha sido ideado, desarrollado y registrado por Simloc.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>SEP \u2013 MEP<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En las configuraciones SEP y MEP se utiliza el mismo panel con ligeras diferencias en la representaci\u00f3n tanto en el Panel de Instrumentos Principal como en el Pedestal seg\u00fan se est\u00e9 volando con una u otra avioneta. La obsesi\u00f3n de Terry Fensome por dotar de un aprendizaje integral a los alumnos de su escuela, desde ab initio a jet, pasaba por un solo requisito: Conseguir un simulador con una cabina espaciosa, tipo A320 o B737, con tres tipos de avi\u00f3n dentro, dos avionetas y un jet.<\/p>\n<p>Con ese objetivo el piloto americano inici\u00f3 una ronda de contactos sin \u00e9xito con varios fabricantes de simuladores hasta que lleg\u00f3 a Simloc. <em>\u201cCuando les propuse mi idea creo que los ingenieros pensaron que yo estaba un poco loco\u201d<\/em>, afirma Fensome. <em>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacemos? Me preguntaban. Yo tampoco lo sab\u00eda, pero ten\u00eda claro que el simulador deber\u00eda tener tres aviones, pero no solo qued\u00e1ndonos en el concepto de mercado de cambios de software y peque\u00f1os ajustes de configuraci\u00f3n, yo quer\u00eda dar un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dos semanas despu\u00e9s de regresar a Miami, en Simloc daban con la clave. <em>\u201cLo que m\u00e1s me impresion\u00f3 fue el entusiasmo del equipo por encontrar una soluci\u00f3n a todas mis solicitudes\u201d<\/em> afirma el capit\u00e1n Fensome. <em>\u201cCuando me explicaron el sistema pens\u00e9 que el resultado era brillante\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Un simulador con ventajas incomparables<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As\u00ed se gest\u00f3 el FC360, un simulador que abre una nueva v\u00eda en la formaci\u00f3n de pilotos comerciales. En la pr\u00e1ctica tiene una ventaja \u00fanica, ya que el \u201ccore\u201d del dispositivo, ideado, desarrollado y registrado por Simloc, permite la aparici\u00f3n y desaparici\u00f3n de las tres configuraciones de vuelo en pocos minutos. Disponer de esta plataforma posibilita una capacitaci\u00f3n integral, desde ab initio a jet, muy poco frecuente en escuelas de pilotos o universidades. En lo econ\u00f3mico, adem\u00e1s de reducir a la tercera parte la superficie necesaria para ubicar tres simuladores, supone un evidente ahorro de la inversi\u00f3n, mucho m\u00e1s reducida que la suma del precio de tres simuladores similares por separado.<\/p>\n<p>Y proporciona, adem\u00e1s, una oportunidad de negocio paralela a la formaci\u00f3n.
