El contrato tambi\u00e9n incluye equipo de misi\u00f3n, un paquete integrado de servicios y soporte, y un programa integral de compensaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios de Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>La flota de KC-390 Millennium de la FAC ser\u00e1 capaz de realizar una amplia gama de misiones, incluyendo asistencia humanitaria, socorro en casos de desastre, transporte de carga y tropas, operaciones de lanzamiento a\u00e9reo y reabastecimiento de combustible en vuelo. La aeronave tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con conectividad total para operar sin problemas junto con los cazas Gripen recientemente adquiridos por Colombia, lo que mejorar\u00e1 la preparaci\u00f3n operativa y la interoperabilidad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNos sentimos honrados por la decisi\u00f3n de la FAC de seleccionar el KC-390 Millennium. Puede transportar mayor carga \u00fatil (26 toneladas) que otros aviones de transporte militar de tama\u00f1o medio, vuela m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (470 nudos) y alcanza mayores distancias. Puede realizar una amplia gama de misiones, incluyendo transporte de carga y tropas, lanzamiento a\u00e9reo de equipo y personal, evacuaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, b\u00fasqueda y rescate (SAR), extinci\u00f3n de incendios y misiones humanitarias, operando desde pistas temporales o sin pavimentar.
