Este hito se produce tras la firma del Memorando de Entendimiento (MdE) entre ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas en el Sal\u00f3n Aeron\u00e1utico de Par\u00eds en junio de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la creaci\u00f3n de una estructura organizativa \u00e1gil y especializada, los socios pretenden acelerar el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, el dise\u00f1o, las pruebas y la certificaci\u00f3n de un revolucionario sistema de propulsi\u00f3n para la aviaci\u00f3n basado en una pila de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno. La nueva entidad contar\u00e1 con el apoyo de Airbus y MTU, quienes aportar\u00e1n todas sus competencias a trav\u00e9s de diversos equipos de ingenier\u00eda y fabricaci\u00f3n de ambas organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Este acuerdo no vinculante est\u00e1 sujeto a las aprobaciones regulatorias habituales y a la finalizaci\u00f3n de los procesos sociales a nivel europeo y nacional.
