<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Los ingresos del Grupo aumentaron un 3,1%, hasta 1.682,6 millones de euros, un 7,9%<sup>2<\/sup> m\u00e1s a tipos de cambio constantes.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>El beneficio de explotaci\u00f3n se increment\u00f3 un 2,8%, hasta alcanzar los 474,9 millones de euros. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>El beneficio de explotaci\u00f3n ajustado<sup>1<\/sup> ascendi\u00f3 a 500 millones de euros, lo que supone un aumento del 6,6%<sup>2<\/sup> a tipos de cambio constantes.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>El BPA diluido se increment\u00f3 un 4,9%. En marzo, la situaci\u00f3n en Oriente Medio moder\u00f3 nuestro crecimiento, ralentizando el rendimiento en el trimestre. En el primer trimestre de 2026, los ingresos del Grupo crecieron un 3,1%, o un 7,9% a tipos de cambio constantes, y el EBIT ajustado<sup>1<\/sup> aument\u00f3 un 6,6% a tipos de cambio constantes. Adem\u00e1s, el BPA diluido ajustado<sup>1<\/sup> creci\u00f3 un 8,8% a tipos de cambio constantes. En el primer trimestre de 2026, generamos un flujo de caja disponible<sup>1<\/sup> de 273,6 millones de euros, lo que supone un crecimiento del 4,5% con respecto al primer trimestre de 2025. Nuestra generaci\u00f3n de flujo de caja disponible se tradujo en una deuda financiera neta de 2.586,0 millones de euros a 31 de marzo de 2026 (equivalente a 1,0 veces el EBITDA de los \u00faltimos doce meses) y continuamos con la ejecuci\u00f3n del programa de recompra de acciones por valor de 500 millones de euros que anunciamos a finales de febrero de 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luis Maroto, consejero delegado de Amadeus, coment\u00f3: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAmadeus registr\u00f3 un s\u00f3lido crecimiento tanto en ingresos como en beneficios durante el primer trimestre. Este negocio encaja de forma natural en la estrategia de Amadeus y mejorar\u00e1 la experiencia del viajero al reducir las fricciones y facilitar viajes m\u00e1s integrados. Adem\u00e1s, refuerza nuestro compromiso con la inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda transformadora, como la biometr\u00eda, como parte de nuestra estrategia de plataforma, y respalda nuestra ambici\u00f3n de convertirnos en vertebradores de un ecosistema de viajes basado en la inteligencia artificial\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Evoluci\u00f3n del negocio <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El segmento de Soluciones Tecnol\u00f3gicas para la Industria A\u00e9rea registr\u00f3 un crecimiento de los ingresos del 7,5% durante el primer trimestre de 2026, o del 12,0% a tipos de cambio constantes. El aumento de los ingresos procedentes de las Soluciones Tecnol\u00f3gicas para la Industria A\u00e9rea se debi\u00f3 al crecimiento del 3,1% en el n\u00famero de pasajeros embarcados y al incremento del 8,6% en los ingresos por pasajero embarcado (a tipos de cambio constantes). Los ingresos por pasajero embarcado aumentaron con respecto al cuarto trimestre de 2025, apoyados en una evoluci\u00f3n favorable de los precios y los ingresos, impulsados sobre todo por la compra de soluciones adicionales por parte de nuestros clientes y por los mayores ingresos de los productos de Amadeus Nevio. Seguimos observando un r\u00e1pido crecimiento en los servicios profesionales para aerol\u00edneas y registramos un aumento de los ingresos con relaci\u00f3n a una mayor actividad en el cambio de reservas provocada por la situaci\u00f3n geopol\u00edtica en Oriente Medio, lo que pone de manifiesto la resiliencia de nuestro negocio.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer trimestre de 2026, el \u00e1rea de Hoteles y Otras Soluciones increment\u00f3 sus ingresos un 3,2%, o un 9,8% a tipos de cambio constantes. Este crecimiento se debi\u00f3 a las implementaciones en nuevos clientes y al aumento de las transacciones en nuestros negocios de hoteles y pagos, en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer trimestre de 2026, los ingresos de Distribuci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea se incrementaron un 0,1%, o un 4,6% a tipos de cambio constantes. Nuestro crecimiento en este segmento se vio impulsado por un comienzo de a\u00f1o muy s\u00f3lido, tanto en t\u00e9rminos de volumen como de ingresos medios por reserva. Sin embargo, en marzo, el crecimiento de las reservas se resinti\u00f3 por la situaci\u00f3n en Oriente Medio que dispar\u00f3 las cancelaciones. Este efecto sobre los vol\u00famenes atenu\u00f3 nuestro \u00e9xito comercial en las distintas regiones, que se mantuvo s\u00f3lido a lo largo del trimestre.
