class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>El proyecto CONOPS Medell\u00edn, orientado a la modernizaci\u00f3n del espacio a\u00e9reo y la optimizaci\u00f3n de las operaciones aeron\u00e1uticas en la regi\u00f3n, avanza en una etapa decisiva: la validaci\u00f3n operacional mediante simulaci\u00f3n, con pruebas en aer\u00f3dromos virtuales para controladores y simuladores de vuelo con aeronaves tipo PA-28 y King Air 350. Este proceso permite evaluar, en condiciones altamente representativas de la realidad, la viabilidad de las trayectorias dise\u00f1adas dentro del nuevo concepto operacional, garantizando su seguridad, eficiencia y aplicabilidad.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn Medell\u00edn adelantamos la fase de simulaci\u00f3n de los corredores visuales propuestos, los cuales se soportan en trayectorias prescritas con gu\u00eda satelital, con el fin de optimizar el flujo en las aproximaciones al Aeropuerto Olaya Herrera. Esta fase, que tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 ejercicios en el Centro de Estudios Aeron\u00e1uticos (CEA) con un simulador de aer\u00f3dromo de alta fidelidad (Thales), permitiendo recrear escenarios operacionales complejos y evaluar en tiempo real la interacci\u00f3n entre controladores y pilotos bajo condiciones cercanas a la operaci\u00f3n real, Esto permitir\u00e1 que los pasajeros experimenten menos demoras, una reducci\u00f3n en las afectaciones por condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y, lo m\u00e1s importante, un fortalecimiento significativo de la seguridad operacional, mejorando as\u00ed su experiencia de viaje\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 Leonardo Gallo, experto en Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea (IFPD) de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, esta validaci\u00f3n se desarrolla conforme a las metodolog\u00edas recomendadas por la Organizaci\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional (OACI), que establecen la simulaci\u00f3n como un paso previo indispensable antes de cualquier implementaci\u00f3n operativa. En este proceso ha sido clave el liderazgo del Grupo de Planificaci\u00f3n de Servicios a la Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea, que ha articulado de manera efectiva a controladores, pilotos, expertos CNS, dise\u00f1adores de procedimientos, operadores y aliados estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>En este esfuerzo conjunto tambi\u00e9n se destaca la participaci\u00f3n de la Academia Antioque\u00f1a de Aviaci\u00f3n (AAA), cuya experiencia y capacidades han fortalecido el ejercicio de simulaci\u00f3n en beneficio directo de los usuarios del transporte a\u00e9reo. <em>\u201cLlevamos dos a\u00f1os y medio acompa\u00f1ando a la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil en el desarrollo de este proyecto. Actualmente realizamos simulaciones de llegadas y salidas en el entorno del Aeropuerto Olaya Herrera, utilizando entrenadores est\u00e1ticos y simuladores. Este proceso permitir\u00e1 que el espacio a\u00e9reo de Antioquia sea m\u00e1s competitivo, moderno y a la vanguardia, incrementando la seguridad operacional\u201d<\/em>, expres\u00f3 el capit\u00e1n Juan Fernando Escobar, gerente de la Academia Antioque\u00f1a de Aviaci\u00f3n &#8211; AAA.<\/p>\n<p>Este enfoque colaborativo refleja la transici\u00f3n hacia un sistema de gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo basado en desempe\u00f1o, donde las decisiones se sustentan en datos y resultados medibles, permitiendo optimizar simult\u00e1neamente la seguridad, la capacidad y la eficiencia del espacio a\u00e9reo. Para Medell\u00edn, esto se traduce en operaciones m\u00e1s ordenadas, trayectorias predecibles, mejor gesti\u00f3n de flujos y una reducci\u00f3n en la carga de trabajo para pilotos y controladores, con impactos positivos directos en la experiencia del pasajero.<\/p>\n<p>La Aeron\u00e1utica Civil proyecta que el inicio de la ejecuci\u00f3n de la modernizaci\u00f3n del espacio a\u00e9reo est\u00e1 previsto aproximadamente para el cuarto trimestre de 2026, una vez finalicen las fases contempladas dentro del proyecto. Con ello, se ratifica el compromiso institucional de implementar el CONOPS Medell\u00edn bajo los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares internacionales, garantizando un servicio m\u00e1s seguro, eficiente y
