de un reconocido influencer a bordo del vuelo AV46 en la ruta Bogot\u00e1 \u2013 Madrid el pasado 11 de marzo, la aerol\u00ednea decidi\u00f3 terminar su contrato de transporte, y por consiguiente cancelar el trayecto de regreso. As\u00ed mismo, interpondr\u00e1 las acciones legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada con fundamento en lo previsto en las letras a), d) y h) del numeral 8.6 del Contrato, al encontraba sobrevolando el Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico, a\u00fan distante del aeropuerto m\u00e1s cercano en caso de presentarse una emergencia.<\/p>\n<p>Avianca rechaza de manera categ\u00f3rica
