pistas o terminales, sino por la eficiencia en la coordinaci\u00f3n de sus procesos. Con el crecimiento del volumen de pasajeros, la toma de decisiones fragmentada entre equipos y sistemas se ha convertido en el verdadero cuello de botella operativo de la industria.<\/p>\n<p>El documento explica c\u00f3mo el concepto de Gesti\u00f3n Total del Aeropuerto (Total Airport Management) permite desbloquear capacidad oculta mediante el alineamiento de decisiones en tiempo real. Al conectar datos y socios del ecosistema (aerol\u00edneas, control de tr\u00e1fico, servicios de rampa y agencias gubernamentales), los aeropuertos pueden anticipar disrupciones y optimizar el uso de su infraestructura actual. Un ejemplo exitoso es el de Abu Dhabi, donde una plataforma de datos compartidos ha fortalecido la resiliencia y la puntualidad mediante la optimizaci\u00f3n basada en an\u00e1lisis predictivo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Los tres desaf\u00edos estructurales de la coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>SITA identifica tres obst\u00e1culos clave que las terminales deben superar hoy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KPIs aislados: <\/strong>cuando cada departamento (check-in, seguridad, puertas) se enfoca solo en sus propias m\u00e9tricas, la presi\u00f3n simplemente se traslada de un \u00e1rea a otra. Seg\u00fan el reporte de AirHelp de 2025, casi el 25% de los pasajeros globales sufrieron retrasos, lo que demuestra c\u00f3mo una falla local se propaga por todo el sistema sin una coordinaci\u00f3n predictiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visibilidad vs. Acci\u00f3n Conjunta: <\/strong>ver la informaci\u00f3n en un tablero no es lo mismo que actuar en conjunto.
