(WZL-2) en Bydgoszcz, Polonia. Este importante hito constituye el primer paso concreto en la cooperaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica entre ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas. Este acuerdo se basa en el hist\u00f3rico Memorando de Entendimiento (MdE) firmado el 2 de diciembre de 2025 en Varsovia, que sent\u00f3 las bases para una colaboraci\u00f3n industrial y tecnol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s profunda.<\/p>\n<p>El KC-390 Millennium, una aeronave de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n reconocida por su versatilidad, alta disponibilidad operativa y tecnolog\u00eda avanzada, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para cumplir con las misiones de transporte a\u00e9reo y reabastecimiento en vuelo m\u00e1s exigentes. Su llegada a WZL-2 subraya el compromiso de Embraer de fortalecer las alianzas industriales con la industria aeroespacial y de defensa polaca.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl evento de hoy materializa la visi\u00f3n compartida de Embraer y WZL-2 sobre la innovaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n en la industria de defensa\u201d<\/em>, afirma Douglas Lobo, vicepresidente de Soporte al Cliente y Ventas de Posventa de Embraer Services &amp; Support. \u201c<em>Al trabajar estrechamente con la industria de defensa polaca, buscamos crear una cooperaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida que genere valor a largo plazo para el pa\u00eds y contribuya a la comunidad de defensa europea\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La cooperaci\u00f3n entre Embraer y WZL-2 se centra en establecer una capacidad integral de mantenimiento, reparaci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n (MRO) para el KC-390 Millennium en Polonia. La flota operativa actual ha demostrado una tasa de capacidad operativa del 93% y tasas de finalizaci\u00f3n de misiones superiores al 99%.<\/p>\n<p>El C-390 puede transportar mayor carga \u00fatil (26 toneladas) que otros aviones de transporte militar de tama\u00f1o medio, vuela m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (470 nudos) y alcanza mayores distancias, siendo capaz de realizar una amplia gama de misiones, como el transporte y lanzamiento de carga y tropas, evacuaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, b\u00fasqueda y rescate, extinci\u00f3n de incendios y misiones humanitarias, operando en pistas temporales o sin pavimentar, como tierra compactada, suelo y grava. La aeronave configurada con equipo de reabastecimiento en vuelo, con la designaci\u00f3n KC-390, ya ha demostrado su capacidad de reabastecimiento a\u00e9reo tanto como avi\u00f3n cisterna como
