Aeron\u00e1utica Civil de Colombia dieron a conocer este lunes el Informe Preliminar sobre el accidente a\u00e9reo ocurrido el pasado 28 de enero de 2026 en el departamento de Norte de Santander, en el que fallecieron 15 personas que se movilizaban en una aeronave que prestaba servicio comercial de transporte de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el informe presentado por la Direcci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Investigaci\u00f3n de Accidentes A\u00e9reos (DIACC), autoridad encargada de conducir la investigaci\u00f3n, el hecho se configur\u00f3 como una colisi\u00f3n contra terreno monta\u00f1oso, en el sector Las Guamas, vereda Curasica, municipio de La Playa de Bel\u00e9n (Norte de Santander).<\/p>\n<p>El documento confirma que en la aeronave viajaban 13 pasajeros y 2 tripulantes, para un total de 15 ocupantes, quienes perdieron la vida como consecuencia del impacto.<\/p>\n<p>El informe precisa que el vuelo cubr\u00eda la ruta C\u00facuta \u2013 Oca\u00f1a, y que la \u00faltima comunicaci\u00f3n registrada con el control de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo se produjo cuando la tripulaci\u00f3n report\u00f3 encontrarse a 15 millas n\u00e1uticas del destino, momento en el cual se le indic\u00f3 cambiar a frecuencia de autoanuncios. Esta fue la \u00faltima interacci\u00f3n registrada antes de perderse totalmente el contacto.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, los registros t\u00e9cnicos permitieron identificar que el \u00faltimo reporte del sistema de seguimiento se registr\u00f3 minutos antes del impacto, evidenciando un descenso continuo. El sitio del accidente fue ubicado a una elevaci\u00f3n aproximada de 6.881 pies, y los investigadores encontraron una dispersi\u00f3n de restos a lo largo de aproximadamente 145 metros, lo que evidencia un impacto de alta energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los avances m\u00e1s relevantes del informe preliminar es la recuperaci\u00f3n de los equipos que almacenan informaci\u00f3n clave para el esclarecimiento de los hechos. La DIACC confirm\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n del registrador de datos de vuelo (FDR) y del registrador de voces de cabina (CVR), los cuales quedaron bajo custodia oficial.<\/p>\n<p>La descarga del FDR se realiz\u00f3 de manera satisfactoria y permiti\u00f3 obtener informaci\u00f3n correspondiente al vuelo accidentado. En cuanto al CVR, el informe se\u00f1ala que presenta afectaciones internas derivadas del impacto, por lo que se encuentra actualmente en proceso especializado de recuperaci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el informe preliminar indica que, en la inspecci\u00f3n inicial de los restos, no se evidenciaron se\u00f1ales de incendio, ni rastros de fuego en la aeronave.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra de Transporte, Mafe Rojas, reiter\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno Nacional con el rigor t\u00e9cnico y la seguridad a\u00e9rea del pa\u00eds: <em>\u201cEste es un hecho profundamente doloroso para Colombia.
