Uno de los principales es mantener el beneficio ambiental a lo largo de toda la cadena: desde el cultivo\/recolecci\u00f3n, pasando por el transporte, el procesamiento, hasta la certificaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n en planta; ya que cada etapa garantiza la reducci\u00f3n real de emisiones.
