<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Esta medida de vanguardia soluciona de manera inmediata la crisis de abastecimiento de energ\u00eda y movilidad en zonas apartadas, severamente afectadas por el dr\u00e1stico descenso del caudal de los r\u00edos.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bc1525 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bc1525\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>En una decisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica dise\u00f1ada para conectar eficazmente a la \u201cColombia profunda\u201d, la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, ha aprobado hoy la operaci\u00f3n del primer puente a\u00e9reo de combustible, utilizando una aeronave monomotor con destino a Mit\u00fa, Vaup\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Esta operaci\u00f3n pionera, ejecutada por el operador log\u00edstico Alianza en una aeronave Cessna 208 Caravan, despeg\u00f3 exitosamente del Aeropuerto Jorge Enrique Gonz\u00e1lez de San Jos\u00e9 del Guaviare hacia el Aeropuerto Fabio Alberto Le\u00f3n Bentley en Mit\u00fa, transportando una carga inicial de 400 galones de combustible.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien la regulaci\u00f3n aeron\u00e1utica (RAC 175 y Anexo 18 de la OACI) tradicionalmente restringe el transporte de grandes vol\u00famenes de mercanc\u00edas peligrosas (combustible) a aeronaves bimotores, la Aerocivil ha activado esta operaci\u00f3n especial de excepci\u00f3n, en respuesta directa a la necesidad urgente de abastecimiento que enfrentan las comunidades en regiones como Vaup\u00e9s y Amazonas, donde el transporte fluvial, su principal arteria log\u00edstica, est\u00e1 paralizado por la intensa temporada de sequ\u00eda y los niveles hist\u00f3ricamente bajos de los r\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNormalmente la regulaci\u00f3n exige aviones bimotores. Sin embargo, ante los casos cr\u00edticos de nuestras regiones apartadas, hemos ido m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la norma est\u00e1ndar, aplicando una ingenier\u00eda regulatoria que prioriza la seguridad operacional para aprobar estas operaciones que son absolutamente vitales para la sostenibilidad del territorio\u201d,<\/em> afirm\u00f3 Camilo Santos, Inspector del grupo de Seguridad Operacional de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil.<\/p>\n<p>Para viabilizar esta autorizaci\u00f3n, la Aerocivil ejecut\u00f3 una rigurosa verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento normativo del documento t\u00e9cnico 9284 de la OACI y aprob\u00f3 un manual de mercanc\u00edas peligrosas del operador, ajustado a las condiciones extremas. El factor determinante en la seguridad es la implementaci\u00f3n de un contenedor tipo \u201cBladder\u201d (vejiga flexible) de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este sistema certificado, con capacidad de hasta 500 galones, incorpora caracter\u00edsticas de seguridad especializadas para mitigar cualquier riesgo aerodin\u00e1mico y operacional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Viabilidad t\u00e9cnica reconocida en transporte de aviaci\u00f3n del estado y aviaci\u00f3n civil de estos contenedores de gran capacidad.<\/li>\n<li>Estabilidad avanzada: Posee divisiones internas que eliminan el oleaje y el movimiento del combustible, asegurando que el peso y balance de la aeronave permanezcan estables y no se alteren durante todo el trayecto.<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n de vapores: Cuenta con un sistema de mangueras dedicado que garantiza la expulsi\u00f3n segura de los gases al exterior, previniendo la acumulaci\u00f3n de vapores inflamables en cabina.<\/li>\n<li>Anclaje de alta resistencia: El contenedor se fija mediante un sistema de amarre certificado directamente al piso de la cabina, garantizando su inmovilidad total y control estructural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de aeronaves monomotor como el Cessna 208 Caravan de gran fiabilidad, permite acceder a pistas m\u00e1s cortas, angostas y zonas de dif\u00edcil acceso donde aeronaves de mayor tama\u00f1o no pueden aterrizar. Adicional, la flexibilidad operativa que ofrece el sistema Bladder es un diferenciador clave pues, una vez entregado el combustible, el contenedor se pliega y guarda r\u00e1pidamente permitiendo que la aeronave regrese inmediatamente con otro tipo de carga esencial o pasajeros, optimizando al m\u00e1ximo la log\u00edstica y conectividad de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con este primer vuelo de combustible en monomotor, la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil reafirma su compromiso inquebrantable de ser un puente para el desarrollo de las regiones m\u00e1s apartadas, adaptando la normativa t\u00e9cnica a
