La Fuerza A\u00e9rea Portuguesa, operadora actual del C-390, firm\u00f3 recientemente la adquisici\u00f3n de un sexto C-390 Millennium y la inclusi\u00f3n de diez nuevas opciones de compra para posibles adquisiciones por parte de futuros pa\u00edses socios.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su entrada en servicio en la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Brasile\u00f1a en 2019, la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Portuguesa en 2023 y la Fuerza A\u00e9rea H\u00fangara en 2024, el C-390 Millennium ha demostrado su capacidad, fiabilidad y rendimiento. La flota actual en operaci\u00f3n ha demostrado una tasa de finalizaci\u00f3n de misiones superior al 99%, lo que demuestra una productividad excepcional en su categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El C-390 Millennium puede transportar m\u00e1s carga \u00fatil (26 toneladas) en comparaci\u00f3n con otros aviones de transporte militar de tama\u00f1o mediano y vuela m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (470 nudos) y a mayor distancia. Es capaz de realizar una amplia gama de misiones, como transporte y lanzamiento de carga y tropas, evacuaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, b\u00fasqueda y rescate (SAR), extinci\u00f3n de incendios y misiones humanitarias, y operar en pistas temporales o sin pavimentar, como pistas de tierra compactada, tierra y grava.
