La organizaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n general estuvo a cargo de la Empresa Argentina de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea mediante su Servicio de B\u00fasqueda y Salvamento Aeron\u00e1utico (SAR).<\/p>\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica participaron diversas fuerzas, organismos y entidades, entre ellas: la Polic\u00eda del Chaco, Defensa Civil, la Direcci\u00f3n Aeron\u00e1utica del Chaco y la Polic\u00eda de Misiones.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de ejercicios SAREX (Search and Rescue Exercise) se caracterizan por recrear condiciones realistas, que incluyen variables meteorol\u00f3gicas, tiempos de despliegue, duraci\u00f3n de las misiones y actividades propias de un operativo de B\u00fasqueda y Salvamento.<\/p>\n<p>El SAREX XII permiti\u00f3 evaluar el est\u00e1ndar operativo del Subcentro de B\u00fasqueda y Salvamento Aeron\u00e1utico de Resistencia (ARSC SIS) ante un incidente simulado. Durante la pr\u00e1ctica se verific\u00f3 el desempe\u00f1o de operadores y coordinadores, el despliegue de recursos en el terreno, y el uso de equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos de comunicaci\u00f3n y navegaci\u00f3n primarios y secundarios (inform\u00e1tica, sat\u00e9lites, comunicaciones m\u00f3viles, GPS, VANT, entre otros). Todo ello contribuy\u00f3 al fortalecimiento de la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal en t\u00e9cnicas y procedimientos SAR.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>El ejercicio SAREX XII en detalle <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El escenario simul\u00f3 la p\u00e9rdida de contacto con una aeronave Beechcraft Bonanza G36, declarada en emergencia, que hab\u00eda despegado del Aeropuerto Teniente Daniel Jukic de Reconquista (Santa Fe) con destino al Aeropuerto Internacional de Resistencia (Chaco), con seis personas a bordo.<\/p>\n<p>El ARSC SIS recibi\u00f3 el alerta de la emergencia de la aeronave en la regi\u00f3n del Paraje Colonia Baranda, pr\u00f3xima a Resistencia, sin activaci\u00f3n de la baliza aeron\u00e1utica ELT. Inmediatamente, bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n del SAR de EANA, equipos de la Polic\u00eda de Chaco y de la Polic\u00eda de Misiones se movilizaron a la zona de b\u00fasqueda. Mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de drones dotados con c\u00e1maras t\u00e9rmicas la aeronave fue hallada. Asimismo, se realiz\u00f3 la simulaci\u00f3n de la b\u00fasqueda de los ocupantes por tierra con la participaci\u00f3n de la divisi\u00f3n canina de la polic\u00eda chaque\u00f1a (K9), y la posterior recreaci\u00f3n del rescate y traslado de los seis ocupantes al Hospital Dr. Julio C. Perrando de Resistencia a cargo de Sanidad de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>Como observadores del SAREX XII participaron el Servicio SAR Mar\u00edtimo de la Armada Argentina, y la Prefectura Naval Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de las mediciones y registros obtenidos durante el ejercicio permitir\u00e1 mejorar y optimizar los procedimientos, en l\u00ednea con la normativa nacional y en cumplimiento con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de b\u00fasqueda y salvamento aeron\u00e1utico (IAMSAR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prensa
