Colombia.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7846e3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7846e3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los $42.177.014 millones de pesos, el Gobierno del Cambio, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Transporte y la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, puso en funcionamiento un radar 3D civil de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n en el aeropuerto Antonio Rold\u00e1n Betancourt, que presta sus servicios a Carepa y Apartad\u00f3. Se trata de una infraestructura pionera en Am\u00e9rica Latina que reforzar\u00e1 la seguridad del espacio a\u00e9reo en el Urab\u00e1 antioque\u00f1o, gran parte del litoral Pac\u00edfico colombiano y el norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Este sensor se convierte en el segundo de siete equipos de alta tecnolog\u00eda que ser\u00e1n desplegados en Colombia como parte del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, consolidando as\u00ed un sistema de vigilancia moderno y eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra de Transporte, Mar\u00eda Fernanda Rojas, destac\u00f3 la relevancia de esta entrega: <em>\u201cDesde el Gobierno del Cambio la prioridad es la vida, y reforzar la seguridad a\u00e9rea en todo el pa\u00eds es fundamental. Por eso, las inversiones que se desarrollan desde el sector transporte son vitales y, adem\u00e1s, traen desarrollo a las regiones. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, en el Urab\u00e1, una zona clave para Antioquia y un importante punto de conexi\u00f3n para Colombia\u201d, <\/em>dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El radar, instalado en una torre de 20 metros con un radomo para protegerlo de las variables clim\u00e1ticas y sistema redundante de energ\u00eda, cuenta con tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que garantiza precisi\u00f3n y confiabilidad en la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Radar primario 3D y secundario Modo S<\/li>\n<li>Sistema ADS-B<\/li>\n<li>Canal meteorol\u00f3gico integrado<\/li>\n<li>Antena de barrido electr\u00f3nico<\/li>\n<li>Cobertura primaria entre 120 millas n\u00e1uticas y secundaria de 250 millas n\u00e1uticas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El director general de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, Brigadier General (R.A.) Jos\u00e9 Henry Pinto, reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de la entidad con la modernizaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura a\u00e9rea del pa\u00eds:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDesde la Aerocivil, junto al Ministerio de Transporte trabajamos por la excelencia con humanidad; en este caso, con la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo radar que permite a Colombia seguir demostrando que la infraestructura para la seguridad operacional es destacada en todo el continente. Por eso, y por decenas de razones, la confianza internacional en nuestra gesti\u00f3n sigue creciendo\u201d, <\/em>manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Estos radares tienen como misi\u00f3n la vigilancia y control del espacio a\u00e9reo, con el fin de generar seguridad a\u00e9rea, entendida como un intangible no negociable, y el aumento en la capacidad y operaciones dentro de las FIR de Colombia (<em>Flight Information Region), <\/em>o entendida como regi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de vuelo, gestionada por la Aerocivil para mayor eficiencia del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, ejecutado por la Uni\u00f3n Temporal Radcol 2023, conformada por Indra Group y Dextera, contempla una inversi\u00f3n total de $332.717 millones de pesos para la instalaci\u00f3n de todos los sensores proyectados en el pa\u00eds, y solo en Carepa, supera los 42.000 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de fortalecer la seguridad a\u00e9rea, la iniciativa genera empleos directos e indirectos que benefician a familias en distintos territorios, impulsa el uso de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras e incorpora principios de econom\u00eda circular y eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, contribuyendo a la reducci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEste proyecto permitir\u00e1 mejorar la navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea en todas sus fases y posicionar a Colombia entre los pa\u00edses con sistemas de control m\u00e1s seguros y avanzados de la regi\u00f3n.
