class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>En junio de 2025, el tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe alcanz\u00f3 los 38.3 millones de pasajeros, un crecimiento interanual del 3.4% equivalente a 1.3 millones de pasajeros adicionales, acelerando el ritmo de crecimiento en 0.8 puntos porcentuales respecto al mes de mayo. El incremento total en el tr\u00e1fico de la regi\u00f3n estuvo impulsado principalmente por el desempe\u00f1o de las aerol\u00edneas con base en LAC, que, seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo reporte de IATA, registraron el mayor crecimiento de tr\u00e1fico a nivel global en junio (+7.9%) [1].<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Se mantiene la tendencia: Brasil, Argentina y Per\u00fa lideran el crecimiento<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Brasil registr\u00f3 su cuarto mes consecutivo de r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico en tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico. En junio, 8.22 millones de pasajeros volaron dentro del pa\u00eds, 11.2% m\u00e1s que en junio de 2024. El transporte a\u00e9reo sigue siendo la categor\u00eda de servicios con mayor deflaci\u00f3n en el acumulado del a\u00f1o (\u201328% frente a 2024) [2]. La conectividad interna en Brasil contin\u00faa mejorando, en junio de 2025 se operaron dentro de Brasil 43 rutas que no se operaban en junio de 2024, dentro de las cuales se destacan: Viracopos &#8211; Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte &#8211; Rio de Janeiro (RRJ) y Aracaju \u2013 Salvador [3]. En el segmento internacional, Brasil creci\u00f3 12.8% interanual, impulsado por un aumento del 35% en las llegadas de turistas internacionales por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea [4].<\/p>\n<p>Argentina fue el mercado de mayor crecimiento porcentual en junio con aumentos interanuales del 12% en el segmento dom\u00e9stico y 14% en el internacional. El tr\u00e1fico total alcanz\u00f3 un nuevo m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico, superando en 3% el r\u00e9cord previo de junio de 2019. Impulsaron el crecimiento mercados internacionales como Argentina\u2013Brasil (+28%) y Argentina\u2013Colombia (+36%), y rutas dom\u00e9sticas como Buenos Aires\u2013Iguaz\u00fa (+40%) y Buenos Aires\u2013Neuqu\u00e9n (+37%).<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00fa mostr\u00f3 uno de los desempe\u00f1os m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidos de la regi\u00f3n. En junio alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico en tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico para ese mes, con 1.3 millones de pasajeros (+5.2%), mientras que el internacional creci\u00f3 8.3%, con buenos resultados en mercados como Colombia (+22%), Brasil (+13%) y M\u00e9xico (+7.6%). Este crecimiento se vio acompa\u00f1ado por una reducci\u00f3n interanual de precios en los servicios de transporte a\u00e9reo, tanto nacional (\u20131.2%) como internacional (\u20132.1%) [5].<\/p>\n<h5><strong>M\u00e9xico registra leve ca\u00edda en el tr\u00e1fico total por menor desempe\u00f1o internacional<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico volaron 9.8 millones de pasajeros, 0.4% menos que junio 2024 en un contexto de menor confianza del consumidor, cuyo \u00edndice retrocedi\u00f3 1.1 puntos respecto a mayo [6]. El tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico creci\u00f3 levemente (+0.2%), mientras que el internacional, que representa el 47% del total, cay\u00f3 1%. Estados Unidos represent\u00f3 el 73% del tr\u00e1fico internacional de M\u00e9xico y registr\u00f3 una baja del 2.1%, impulsada principalmente por una ca\u00edda del 3.6% en los pasajeros transportados por aerol\u00edneas estadounidenses. El crecimiento del tr\u00e1fico con Canad\u00e1 (+12.4%) moder\u00f3 parcialmente esta contracci\u00f3n. La capacidad total ofrecida por aerol\u00edneas mexicanas, medida en ASK, se mantuvo relativamente estable (+1.5%). No obstante, en junio de 2025 asignaron una mayor proporci\u00f3n al segmento internacional (45% frente a 43% en junio de 2024) [7].<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Desempe\u00f1o mixto en Colombia y Chile: contracci\u00f3n dom\u00e9stica en Colombia y recuperaci\u00f3n parcial en Chile<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En Colombia, el tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico cay\u00f3 4.7% en junio, acumulando cinco meses consecutivos a la baja y un descenso acumulado del 2.1% en el 1er semestre. Del top 10 de rutas dom\u00e9sticas, todas (a excepci\u00f3n de Medell\u00edn-Cartagena y Medell\u00edn-Santa Marta) mostraron contracciones. En contraste, el tr\u00e1fico internacional creci\u00f3 9.2%, impulsado principalmente por el tr\u00e1fico con pa\u00edses vecinos, Ecuador (+30%), Brasil (+27%) y Per\u00fa (+22%). En Chile, el tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico creci\u00f3 en 4.2% en junio, despu\u00e9s de 2 meses consecutivos de ca\u00eddas, mientras que el internacional creci\u00f3 2.5<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl crecimiento del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe durante el primer semestre de 2025 muestra un dinamismo sostenido, con 237 millones de pasajeros y un alza del 3.6%. M\u00e1s del 90% de ese crecimiento neto de pasajeros provino de mercados dentro de la propia regi\u00f3n, lo que confirma el papel cada vez m\u00e1s activo de la aviaci\u00f3n en la integraci\u00f3n regional. En ese mismo per\u00edodo, las aerol\u00edneas de LAC operaron un 11.2% m\u00e1s de vuelos internacionales entre pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n que en el primer semestre de 2024\u201d<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Peter Cerd\u00e1, CEO de ALTA.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana lidera el Caribe y Panam\u00e1 impulsa Centroam\u00e9rica<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El tr\u00e1fico desde y hacia el Caribe creci\u00f3 0.9% interanual en junio, reflejando se\u00f1ales mixtas entre los principales mercados. En Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, el mayor mercado de la subregi\u00f3n y el octavo m\u00e1s grande de LAC, el tr\u00e1fico de pasajeros aument\u00f3 1.2%, a pesar de ca\u00eddas en sus dos mercados m\u00e1s importantes: EE.UU. (\u20131.1%) y Canad\u00e1 (\u20139%), que acumulan seis meses consecutivos de descenso. El crecimiento con Colombia (10%), Panam\u00e1 (9%) y Per\u00fa (+31%) compens\u00f3 parcialmente esta tendencia, permitiendo un crecimiento neto frente a junio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>El tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo en Centroam\u00e9rica creci\u00f3 4.2% interanual en junio, impulsado principalmente por Panam\u00e1, que registr\u00f3 un aumento del 6%, con destacadas alzas en las conexiones con Argentina (+38%), Colombia (+14%) y Brasil (+12%). En contraste, Costa Rica tuvo un crecimiento marginal del 0.9%, en un contexto de menor dinamismo tur\u00edstico.
