del Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch\u00e1vez, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Transporte A\u00e9reo Internacional (IATA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte A\u00e9reo (ALTA) y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresas de Transporte A\u00e9reo Internacional (AETAI), desean se\u00f1alar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aunque esta nueva postergaci\u00f3n del 30 de marzo de 2025 a una sin fecha clara, genera incertidumbre y perjuicios para las aerol\u00edneas, pasajeros, proveedores y a toda la comunidad aeroportuaria en general, reconocemos que se trata de una decisi\u00f3n responsable por parte del Gobierno, quien ha podido corroborar a trav\u00e9s de distintas autoridades y especialistas que a\u00fan se mantiene la ausencia de condiciones id\u00f3neas para lograr una mudanza operacional segura y eficiente.<\/li>\n<li>Si bien observamos avances en el desarrollo de esta importante infraestructura y el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n a cargo de Lima Airport Partners (LAP), el no haber logrado su -esperada- apertura en la fecha comprometida, demuestra la necesidad de una planificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuada y coordinada con todos los actores del sector a\u00e9reo que est\u00e1n participando activamente de las pruebas, usuarios y autoridades, as\u00ed como una mayor transparencia con \u00e9stos y con la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/li>\n<li>Es crucial realizar m\u00e1s pruebas, hasta que se cumpla con garantizar que en un escenario de operaci\u00f3n real se mantendr\u00e1 un nivel adecuado de servicio para los pasajeros y las condiciones de seguridad que requieren las operaciones a\u00e9reas, pilar intransable de nuestra industria. Las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas continuaremos colaborando plenamente a fin de lograr un inicio de operaciones pr\u00f3ximo y exitoso. Para ello debe resolverse de forma urgente, entre otros, los siguientes aspectos que se mantienen pendientes y que han sido puestos en conocimiento de las autoridades y de LAP:\n<ul>\n<li>Falta de pruebas suficientes con m\u00e1s volumen\/estr\u00e9s de pasajeros, equipajes y aeronaves y de forma realmente integral.<\/li>\n<li>Falta de un debido periodo de familiarizaci\u00f3n y de capacitaci\u00f3n del personal respecto a los nuevos procedimientos, tanto en el lado tierra como en el lado aire.<\/li>\n<li>Persisten distintas fallas -sin respuesta- en sistemas clave para la operaci\u00f3n, como los son el BHS y HBS.<\/li>\n<li>Obtenci\u00f3n de todas las licencias y autorizaciones correspondientes, como son las correspondientes al sistema de suministro de combustible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finalmente, nos mantenemos a disposici\u00f3n de los diversos actores, p\u00fablicos y privados, con la finalidad de seguir trabajando de forma conjunta, responsable y en coordinaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de la principal puerta a\u00e9rea de ingreso y salida que merece y necesita el pa\u00eds, fortaleciendo su conectividad y competitividad
