discutir los principales desaf\u00edos y oportunidades desde una perspectiva jur\u00eddica. La inauguraci\u00f3n del evento estuvo a cargo del CEO de ALTA, Jos\u00e9 Ricardo Botelho, Hern\u00e1n G\u00f3mez, subsecretario de Transporte A\u00e9reo de Argentina y la interventora de ANAC Argentina, Julia Cordero.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cArgentina, como toda Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, posee un enorme potencial de crecimiento, y la aviaci\u00f3n es uno de los motores que puede impulsarnos hacia econom\u00edas m\u00e1s din\u00e1micas, con pa\u00edses mejor conectados y sociedades con condiciones m\u00e1s favorables. Esta premisa no es solo una visi\u00f3n, sino una realidad tangible. El transporte a\u00e9reo en Argentina genera directamente cerca de 8.300 millones de d\u00f3lares y sostiene alrededor de 60.000 empleos. Si consideramos sus efectos indirectos, inducidos y catal\u00edticos, la aviaci\u00f3n comercial aporta m\u00e1s de 22.500 millones de d\u00f3lares y 536.000 empleos. El a\u00f1o pasado, Argentina fue el l\u00edder en la recepci\u00f3n de turistas internacionales en Sudam\u00e9rica, y el segundo en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, despu\u00e9s de M\u00e9xico. El turismo inyect\u00f3 58 mil millones de d\u00f3lares a la econom\u00eda argentina, representando el 8,8% del PIB, y gener\u00f3 1,4 millones de empleos directos e indirectos. Sin embargo, la aviaci\u00f3n no es solo turismo; es desarrollo, conectividad y comercio\u201d<\/em>, destac\u00f3 Botelho en la apertura.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEstamos desarrollando un plan de acciones correctivas en el pa\u00eds para resolver temas regulatorios. A pesar de los desaf\u00edos de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, estamos implementando medidas efectivas para transformar el marco regulatorio, recuperar el nivel t\u00e9cnico y la calidad necesarios para mantener a la Argentina en la categor\u00eda 1, adem\u00e1s para seguir creciendo con el n\u00famero de pasajeros en el pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em>, destac\u00f3 Cordero.<\/p>\n<p>En el panel titulado \u201cHoja de ruta para la integraci\u00f3n regional en Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d, l\u00edderes del sector aeron\u00e1utico discutieron las oportunidades y barreras para tratar los vuelos entre pa\u00edses latinoamericanos como dom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<p>Viviana Martin, directora Global de Relaciones Institucionales de Avianca y presidenta de Avianca Costa Rica, destac\u00f3 la importancia de integrar mercados y reducir barreras regulatorias. Hern\u00e1n G\u00f3mez habl\u00f3 sobre la necesidad de una decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica para reformar el sector en Argentina, apuntando a la implementaci\u00f3n de cielos abiertos, que permitan fortalecer la competitividad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La importancia de promover el alineamiento supranacional entre los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, mediante armonizaci\u00f3n de regulaciones inteligentes, fue destacada por Ricardo Catanant, director de ANAC Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a la integraci\u00f3n regional, Paola Pl\u00e1, subdirectora General del Instituto Dominicano de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (IDAC), indic\u00f3 que han apoyado las iniciativas propuestas por la CLAC que buscan fortalecer y acelerar el ritmo de la liberalizaci\u00f3n del transporte a\u00e9reo regional. Al hacer referencia sobre las barreras para la integraci\u00f3n, mencion\u00f3 la multiplicidad de acuerdos bilaterales de servicios a\u00e9reos y sus diferencias, para lo que se deber\u00e1 iniciar un proceso de revisi\u00f3n de dichos acuerdos para asegurarse de que cumplen con las pol\u00edticas a ser establecidas, y con el fin de garantizar la armonizaci\u00f3n de dichas pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma l\u00ednea, Mauricio Sana, CEO de Flybondi, destac\u00f3 los esfuerzos de la empresa para facilitar el tr\u00e1fico entre Argentina y Brasil. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, es fundamental acelerar las reformas regulatorias y eliminar algunos obst\u00e1culos econ\u00f3micos, operativos y laborales. Jaime Binder, secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n Latinoamericana de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (CLAC), enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de una regulaci\u00f3n orientada a la integraci\u00f3n regional. <em>\u201cAl hacer un panorama general del sector, nos damos cuenta de que una pol\u00edtica de cielos abiertos est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca que nunca en la regi\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, explic\u00f3 Binder.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de una mayor colaboraci\u00f3n entre los gobiernos, las autoridades reguladoras y el sector privado para facilitar la integraci\u00f3n regional fue un consenso durante el debate.
