Este proyecto tiene como objetivo promover el desarrollo de las mujeres en el sector del mantenimiento aeron\u00e1utico, facilit\u00e1ndoles el acceso a programas educativos de alto nivel, orientaci\u00f3n para enriquecer sus experiencias y las certificaciones necesarias para iniciar una carrera profesional. Se\u00f1alaron que, aunque las mujeres representan el 50% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial, s\u00f3lo alrededor del 5% trabaja en el sector t\u00e9cnico, lo que pone de manifiesto una enorme brecha y la necesidad de proyectos inclusivos para cubrir la escasez de mano de obra en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>La conferencia ALTA CCMA &amp; MRO 2024 destaca como un valioso foro de debate sobre el futuro del sector MRO, con \u00e9nfasis en la eficiencia, la innovaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n.
