En comparaci\u00f3n con 2023, se espera aumentar en un 4% el mercado dom\u00e9stico y en un 25% el mercado internacional. Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de julio se inaugura la ruta Bogot\u00e1-Madrid, operada desde Santiago de Chile.<\/p>\n<p>Para el segmento dom\u00e9stico y en comparaci\u00f3n con 2023, los destinos de mayor crecimiento son los tur\u00edsticos y\/o \u00e9tnicos, como San Andr\u00e9s, Pereira, Monter\u00eda, Riohacha, C\u00facuta y Leticia. Y en los internacionales, las rutas Cartagena-Lima y Bogot\u00e1-Miami son las de mayor crecimiento.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La estrategia: un servicio excepcional <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La estrategia de LATAM es ofrecer al pasajero un servicio de talla mundial que le permita tener la mejor experiencia de vuelo, caracterizada por la humanizaci\u00f3n y personalizaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed mismo, ha implementado elementos diferenciadores en el servicio a bordo que se destacan en el mercado. Por ejemplo, la inclusi\u00f3n de snacks gratuitos, como el Chocoramo de Productos Ramo; Wifi gratuito para aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda, disponible para los socios LATAM Pass; un servicio de entretenimiento a bordo que dispone de m\u00e1s de 170 pel\u00edculas y 550 cap\u00edtulos de serie y una plataforma digital de clase mundial.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Pasajeros transportados por LATAM y sus filiales\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En los tres primeros meses del a\u00f1o, el grupo LATAM transport\u00f3 20,2 millones de pasajeros, lo que representa un aumento de 19,4% en comparaci\u00f3n a igual periodo de 2023. Lo anterior es explicado por el incremento de un 32,5% de pasajeros movilizados en el segmento internacional, y de un 26,0% en los mercados dom\u00e9sticos de las filiales de Chile, Colombia, Ecuador y Per\u00fa, y de un 9,1% en el mercado dom\u00e9stico de la filial en Brasil.
