El Racer tambi\u00e9n pretende demostrar c\u00f3mo su particular arquitectura puede contribuir a reducir su huella ac\u00fastica operativa.<\/p>\n<p>El Racer se basa en la configuraci\u00f3n aerodin\u00e1mica validada por el demostrador de tecnolog\u00eda Airbus Helicopters X3 que, all\u00e1 por 2013, bati\u00f3 el r\u00e9cord de velocidad y super\u00f3 los l\u00edmites de un helic\u00f3ptero al alcanzar los 472 km\/h. Si bien el objetivo del X3 era validar la arquitectura compuesta, combinando alas fijas para una sustentaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente, rotores laterales para una propulsi\u00f3n energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente y un rotor principal que proporciona una capacidad de vuelo VTOL energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente, el Racer pretende acercar la f\u00f3rmula compuesta a una
