class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Luego de un mantenimiento preventivo adelantado por la Concesi\u00f3n el cual incluy\u00f3 visitas e inspecciones ejecutadas por personal t\u00e9cnico especializado a los cinco puentes de abordaje de pasajeros, se acogi\u00f3 la recomendaci\u00f3n de suspender la operaci\u00f3n de los puentes de abordaje 1 y 2, que permiten el embarque y desembarque de pasajeros de los vuelos comerciales en el aeropuerto internacional Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar de Santa Marta.<\/p>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n fue realizada por la firma espa\u00f1ola ADELTE, fabricante de los cinco puentes de abordaje que adquiri\u00f3 Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S. en 2017, en el marco de las obras de modernizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del terminal de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque los puentes de abordaje pueden operarse para la atenci\u00f3n de los vuelos comerciales, tanto en la llegada como salida de pasajeros, ADELTE recomend\u00f3 a Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S., por seguridad de las aeronaves y pasajeros, la suspensi\u00f3n preventiva y provisional de 2 de los 5 puentes, debido a un desgaste debido a su continua operaci\u00f3n, en la junta de conexi\u00f3n estructural de la pasarela m\u00f3vil de los puentes 1 y 2, situaci\u00f3n descartada en los puentes de embarque 3, 4 y 5.<\/p>\n<p>Dada la situaci\u00f3n, la Concesi\u00f3n, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el Contrato de Concesi\u00f3n, respecto a la obligaci\u00f3n de ejecutar el mantenimiento de los sistemas y equipos dispuestos para la operaci\u00f3n en los aeropuertos de conformidad con lo recomendado por el fabricante, ha decidido acatar la sugerencia de ADELTE de no operar estos equipos por seguridad y adem\u00e1s para no afectar la garant\u00eda por este tipo de novedades estructurales que es de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante resaltar que este es un evento fortuito en el cual la Concesi\u00f3n tom\u00f3 medidas inmediatas, coordinando la visita de los expertos de ADELTE al aeropuerto de Santa Marta para que se determinara el origen de esta novedad y se implementara un plan de acci\u00f3n orientado a subsanar el hallazgo. El objetivo es poder operar los puentes 1 y 2 en condiciones seguras, pero, adem\u00e1s, implementar acciones tendientes a que la situaci\u00f3n presentada no se repita en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Para atender la novedad y dada la temporada de alta por Semana Santa, la Concesi\u00f3n viene aplicando un plan de contingencia que facilita el embarque y desembarque de las operaciones asignadas a estas posiciones de estacionamiento, a trav\u00e9s de escaleras que se ubican en la Plataforma una vez finaliza el parqueo de las aeronaves, orientando a los viajeros hacia la zona de entrega de equipajes.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, se dan a conocer las siguientes medidas operacionales que se est\u00e1n desarrollando, con el fin de garantizar los tiempos de tr\u00e1nsito asignado a cada uno de los vuelos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El desembarque, se realiza direccionando a los pasajeros hacia la puerta de equipaje sobredimensionado, ubicada en la Sala de Entrega de Equipajes Nacionales. El sendero estar\u00e1 debidamente demarcado por conos reflectivos y maletines, con el fin de garantizar la orientaci\u00f3n de los pasajeros hasta el terminal.<\/li>\n<li>Se dispone del personal de Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S., de la aerol\u00ednea asignada y del prestador de servicios de asistencia en tierra, con el fin de organizar la fila de pasajeros. Este proceso contar\u00e1 siempre con este acompa\u00f1amiento para impedir que los viajeros se desplacen por \u00e1reas distintas a las indicadas.<\/li>\n<li>Se coordin\u00f3 con las aerol\u00edneas que los pasajeros con asignaci\u00f3n de servicio especial (silla de ruedas o em condici\u00f3n de movilidad reducida) que requieran abordar el vuelo, deber\u00e1 realizarse por el ascensor ubicado en bloque 5.<\/li>\n<li>Teniendo en cuenta que los pasajeros que llegan de vuelos internacionales requieren ingresar primero al \u00e1rea de inmigraci\u00f3n, este desembarque se realizarse por la escalera de emergencia del puente No 1, para lo cual tambi\u00e9n existir\u00e1 el debido acompa\u00f1amiento por parte del personal de la Concesi\u00f3n y el asignado por la aerol\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Se reitera que Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S., adopt\u00f3 esta medida preventiva con el fin de garantizar tanto la seguridad operacional de las aeronaves como la
