class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Conforme a la sentencia C-080-2024, expedida el jueves 14 de marzo por la Corte Constitucional, se encontr\u00f3 que el cambio de denominaci\u00f3n como Fuerza Aeroespacial, no se ajust\u00f3 a los preceptos de la Carta Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La Fuerza A\u00e9rea Colombiana respeta y acata la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Constitucional tomada en las \u00faltimas horas y trabajar\u00e1 en este tr\u00e1mite legislativo, de manera conjunta con el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, para radicar nuevamente la solicitud ante la Comisi\u00f3n Primera, tal como lo observa la Corte Constitucional.<\/li>\n<li>De esta manera, la misma Corte Constitucional, define que lo resuelto no afecta el rol, ni la misionalidad que la Fuerza desarrolla en el dominio espacial, por lo que esta decisi\u00f3n, alienta a todos los integrantes de la FAC a continuar trabajando para que los avances y las capacidades hoy adquiridas, se alineen en pro de los intereses y objetivos de la comunidad en general.<\/li>\n<li>La Fuerza A\u00e9rea continuar\u00e1 ejerciendo las facultades emanadas del mando legal contenido en la Ley 2302 de 2023, fomenta la experiencia y conocimiento del espacio ultraterrestre, el desarrollo de infraestructura y recursos espaciales, la coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n con entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas, y la garant\u00eda de la seguridad y soberan\u00eda nacional en el dominio
