categor\u00eda 5 (280 km\/h \u2013 300 km\/h), con el fin de que sirva como refugio a 300 personas, garantizando adem\u00e1s el acceso a\u00e9reo a la isla, como principal medio de llegada de ayudas ante una eventual emergencia. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Aerocivil, a trav\u00e9s de su aliado estrat\u00e9gico en el marco del contrato suscrito con Findeter, ejecut\u00f3 los estudios, dise\u00f1os y las obras para la ampliaci\u00f3n de la plataforma y la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo terminal de pasajeros del aeropuerto El Embrujo en la isla de Providencia, el cual se vio afectado tras el paso del hurac\u00e1n Iota en 2020.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1376c35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1376c35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de $62.155 millones aportados por la Aerocivil, Providencia ya cuenta con nueva terminal de pasajeros en el aeropuerto El Embrujo. Las obras fueron entregadas este martes 12 de marzo por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Gustavo Petro Urrego, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del ministro de Transporte, William Fernando Camargo Triana.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ser un punto de llegada y salida, la terminal es una infraestructura contempor\u00e1nea que le permitir\u00e1 a la poblaci\u00f3n tener mayor accesibilidad y mejor conectividad con San Andr\u00e9s y el continente.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho proyecto se desarroll\u00f3 en dos etapas, la primera correspondi\u00f3 a la elaboraci\u00f3n de los estudios y dise\u00f1os, de acuerdo con el plan maestro del aeropuerto, para que permitiera su m\u00e1ximo desarrollo y la atenci\u00f3n de la demanda proyectada a 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda fase consisti\u00f3 en la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras de ampliaci\u00f3n de 3.887 m2 de la plataforma y la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva terminal de pasajeros, con lo cual el aeropuerto pasa de tener dos posiciones de parqueo a cinco. En este sentido, ahora se podr\u00e1n atender 144 personas cada hora, lo que representa entre 50.000 a 90.000 al a\u00f1o, quienes cuentan con instalaciones adecuadas para el servicio.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl Gobierno del Cambio est\u00e1 comprometido con una mejor calidad de vida para todos los colombianos. Estas obras son muestra de ello, beneficiando a m\u00e1s de 6.000 habitantes de la isla y turistas. El proyecto tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una subestaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y una Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales que no solo prestar\u00e1 servicio a la nueva terminal, sino que acoger\u00e1 las necesidades de la futura torre de control y las instalaciones de sanidad aeroportuaria\u201d<\/em>, expres\u00f3 el ministro Camargo.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que la ejecuci\u00f3n de este proyecto present\u00f3 un reto log\u00edstico importante, pues al ser la edificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande por construirse en la isla y tener un \u00e1rea considerable de urbanismo y pavimentos, se transportaron m\u00e1s de 17.000 toneladas de materiales, una gran cantidad de equipos, herramientas y maquinarias provenientes principalmente de Cartagena y Costa Rica.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, dadas las condiciones naturales del territorio, la terminal se construy\u00f3 con criterios bioclim\u00e1ticos y de sostenibilidad, apostando por climatizaci\u00f3n mediante ventilaci\u00f3n natural, al igual que recolecci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de aguas lluvia.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, cuenta con 3 espacios para locales comerciales, oficinas para la Aerocivil, la polic\u00eda, la Oficina de Control, Circulaci\u00f3n y Residencia (OCCRE) y las aerol\u00edneas. La complementa un moderno circuito cerrado de televisi\u00f3n que ayuda a garantizar la seguridad de los usuarios en las zonas internas y externas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datos torre de control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La TWR iniciar\u00e1 obras en el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o, incluye una estructura met\u00e1lica con fachada en concreto y vidrios anti-hurac\u00e1n, que permitan soportar vientos categor\u00eda 5. Por otro lado, contar\u00e1 con la mejor tecnolog\u00eda para la navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea y se trabajar\u00e1 en un dise\u00f1o de paneles solares para garantizar su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IP San Andr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el Gobierno del Cambio se publican los prepliegos que dar\u00e1n apertura a la licitaci\u00f3n de la APP Aeropuerto de San Andr\u00e9s, cuyo prop\u00f3sito es la construcci\u00f3n de una terminal de pasajeros, incluyendo los edificios para sanidad, dep\u00f3sito de residuos, terminal de carga, reconstrucci\u00f3n de subestaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, plazoleta y parqueaderos.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto estima inversiones cercanas a los $1.15 Billones entre Capex y Opex (Cifras en valores constantes de 2023). Se tendr\u00e1 una capacidad de 2.8 millones de pasajeros anuales, aumentando en 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, se generar\u00e1n cerca de 8.719 empleos directos e indirectos, donde est\u00e1 priorizada la vinculaci\u00f3n de personas de la regi\u00f3n. En este sentido, el Concesionario deber\u00e1 dar cumplimiento con las regulaciones de la OCCRE.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato de concesi\u00f3n tiene un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de hasta treinta a\u00f1os, divido en tres etapas: preoperativa, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, y reversi\u00f3n.
