El C-390 est\u00e1 redefiniendo el transporte a\u00e9reo militar y desafiando la l\u00f3gica detr\u00e1s de las plataformas de generaci\u00f3n actual y futura, ofreciendo capacidad, confiabilidad e interoperabilidad para m\u00faltiples misiones construidas por dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El C-390 puede transportar m\u00e1s carga \u00fatil (26 toneladas) en comparaci\u00f3n con otros aviones de transporte militar de tama\u00f1o medio y vuela m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (470 nudos) y m\u00e1s lejos, pudiendo llevar a cabo una amplia gama de misiones, como transportar y lanzar carga y tropas, evacuaci\u00f3n aerom\u00e9dica, b\u00fasqueda y rescate, extinci\u00f3n de incendios y misiones humanitarias, incluso operando en pistas no pavimentadas, sobre superficies como tierra compactada y grava. El avi\u00f3n configurado para repostaje en vuelo, con la denominaci\u00f3n KC-390, ya ha demostrado su capacidad tanto como cisterna como como receptor, recibiendo en este caso combustible de otro KC-390 mediante c\u00e1psulas instaladas bajo las alas.<\/p>\n<p>Desde que entr\u00f3 en servicio con la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Brasile\u00f1a en 2019, y m\u00e1s recientemente con la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Portuguesa en 2023, el C-390 ha demostrado su capacidad, confiabilidad y rendimiento.
