CO2, correspondientes al 100% de sus emisiones de vuelos dom\u00e9sticos y operaci\u00f3n en tierra, en el proyecto de conservaci\u00f3n de la Orinoqu\u00eda colombiana, CO2BIO.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-418cc42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"418cc42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>LATAM Airlines transport\u00f3 9,2 millones de pasajeros durante el a\u00f1o 2022 desde, hacia y dentro de Colombia, con un incremento de 3,1 pasajeros movilizados, ajustando un 51% de crecimiento frente a 2021. Durante el a\u00f1o, la aerol\u00ednea oper\u00f3 un total de 67.299 vuelos en 22 destinos con 38 rutas, ofreciendo una atractiva red de conexiones a los pasajeros que viajan por el pa\u00eds y la regi\u00f3n. Cabe resaltar que el 80% de estos vuelos se ejecutaron a tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cA pesar de los retos que trajo el dif\u00edcil contexto econ\u00f3mico generado por el alza en precios del combustible y la devaluaci\u00f3n del peso frente al d\u00f3lar, avanzamos con nuestro plan de fortalecimiento y consolidaci\u00f3n en el mercado. Trabajamos para tener una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s transparente, cercana y simple en todos los puntos de la experiencia de viaje y as\u00ed, convertirnos en la mejor alternativa para los pasajeros al momento de viajar.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De esta forma, el programa de viajero frecuente m\u00e1s competitivo de la regi\u00f3n, LATAMPass, alcanz\u00f3 los 2,3 millones de socios en el pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em>, coment\u00f3 Santiago \u00c1lvarez, director ejecutivo de LATAM Airlines Colombia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Entre los hitos m\u00e1s relevantes, en agosto de 2022 la compa\u00f1\u00eda implement\u00f3 el servicio de \u201csnacks\u201d gratuitos en vuelos dom\u00e9sticos junto al programa \u201cRecicla tu Vuelo\u201d, que busca hacer una correcta disposici\u00f3n de los residuos generados por esta actividad a nivel nacional. As\u00ed mismo, avanz\u00f3 en la eliminaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso y en el cambio de las materialidades utilizadas en el servicio a bordo por alternativas m\u00e1s amigables con el medio ambiente. A la fecha, los cambios generados en las cabinas Premium Business y Economy permitieron eliminar m\u00e1s de 1.000 toneladas de pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso, equivalentes a 36 mil botellas pl\u00e1sticas de 500ml.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, en l\u00ednea con la estrategia de sostenibilidad del Grupo, se lanz\u00f3 el programa \u201cSegundo Vuelo\u201d, una iniciativa de econom\u00eda circular que da un segundo uso a los residuos textiles que generan los uniformes en desuso de los tripulantes y agentes de servicio para transformarlos y re incorporarlos como nuevos productos requeridos en diferentes \u00e1reas de la operaci\u00f3n. La iniciativa previno el env\u00edo de cerca de 700 kilos de textiles a relleno sanitario durante el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Durante 2022, la aerol\u00ednea compens\u00f3 524.162 toneladas de di\u00f3xido de carbono, que corresponden al 100% de sus emisiones de vuelos dom\u00e9sticos y operaci\u00f3n en tierra, en el proyecto de conservaci\u00f3n CO2BIO, desarrollado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Cataruben y ubicado en la Orinoqu\u00eda, con el cual la aerol\u00ednea tiene una alianza estrat\u00e9gica para que los pasajeros puedan volar con el 100% de su huella de carbono compensada. Adem\u00e1s, al cierre de a\u00f1o, el Grupo LATAM anunci\u00f3 el fortalecimiento de esta alianza que proyecta capturar 11,3 millones de toneladas de CO2 en 575.000 hect\u00e1reas, equivalentes a m\u00e1s de tres veces la extensi\u00f3n de ciudades como Bogot\u00e1 o Sao Paulo. Adem\u00e1s, beneficiar\u00e1 a 700 familias de la zona y cuenta con el apoyo del Programa Riqueza Natural de la Agencia de Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional &#8211; USAID.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la filial adquiri\u00f3 el compromiso de usar 5% de combustible SAF en su operaci\u00f3n a 2030, para lo que se propuso desde ya impulsar y apoyar proyectos para incentivar su producci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds.\u00a0 Por todo lo anterior, en el ranking de reputaci\u00f3n corporativa Merco Empresas la aerol\u00ednea se posicion\u00f3 como l\u00edder del sector y se ubic\u00f3 en el puesto n\u00famero 51, lo que represent\u00f3 un avance de 25 puestos frente a la medici\u00f3n de 2021. A su vez, el indicador de NPS (Net Promoter Score, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), m\u00e9trica que utiliza la compa\u00f1\u00eda para medir la disposici\u00f3n de los usuarios para recomendar el servicio, se destac\u00f3 como el mejor de la industria.<\/p>\n<p>De cara a 2023, la filial continuar\u00e1 consolidando su red dom\u00e9stica en el pa\u00eds y fortalecer\u00e1 su oferta de servicios, incorporando Wi-Fi en los aviones que operan vuelos nacionales a mediados de a\u00f1o. En su red internacional, iniciar\u00e1 la operaci\u00f3n de la nueva ruta Bogot\u00e1 \u2013 Orlando. Adem\u00e1s, a trav\u00e9s del Joint Venture con Delta, los pasajeros podr\u00e1n acceder a m\u00e1s de 300 destinos entre EE.UU.\/ Canad\u00e1 y Am\u00e9rica del Sur (Brasil, Chile, Colombia,
