contratistas principales formado por Airbus y Thales Alenia Space (las dos en Espa\u00f1a y Francia) ha sido seleccionado por Hisdesat Servicios Estrat\u00e9gicos S.A. (Operador de Sat\u00e9lites Gubernamentales Espa\u00f1oles) para construir dos sat\u00e9lites SpainSAT NG. Estos sat\u00e9lites de nueva generaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1n dedicados a la comunicaci\u00f3n gubernamental y sustituir\u00e1n a los actuales sat\u00e9lites Spainsat y Xtar-EUR. Airbus actuar\u00e1 como socio l\u00edder del consorcio. <br \/><br \/>El programa SPAINSAT NG consta de dos sat\u00e9lites: SPAINSAT NG I y II, que se situar\u00e1n en diferentes posiciones geoestacionarias y operar\u00e1n en las bandas X, Ka militar y UHF. <br \/><br \/>El primero de estos sat\u00e9lites Spainsat de nueva generaci\u00f3n se lanzar\u00e1 en 2023 garantizando as\u00ed la continuidad de los servicios de comunicaciones seguras al Ministerio de Defensa espa\u00f1ol y las Agencias Gubernamentales que utilizan la flota actual. <br \/><br \/>SPAINSAT NG dar\u00e1 cobertura a una gran parte del mundo que va desde los Estados Unidos y Sudam\u00e9rica hasta Oriente Medio incluyendo \u00c1frica, Europa y hasta Singapur en Asia. Ambos sat\u00e9lites permitir\u00e1n: \uf0b7 Asegurar el mando y control efectivos en operaciones m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la l\u00edna de visualizaci\u00f3n en 2\/3 de la Tierra. \uf0b7 Garantizar la capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n en teatros de operaciones carentes de infraestructura de comunicaciones \uf0b7 Desarrollar m\u00e1s comunicaciones satelitales en movimiento, mayor capacidad, comunicaciones m\u00e1s seguras y garantizadas \uf0b7 Liberar el potencial de la red central battlespace-netcentric warfare and operations <br \/><br \/>La industria espa\u00f1ola suministrar\u00e1 las cargas \u00fatiles de comunicaci\u00f3n de ambos sat\u00e9lites e integrar\u00e1 el m\u00f3dulo de comunicaciones en Espa\u00f1a, lo que supone un paso importante para la industria del pa\u00eds. Airbus en Espa\u00f1a ser\u00e1 responsable de la carga \u00fatil en banda X y Thales Alenia Space en Espa\u00f1a ser\u00e1 responsable de las cargas \u00fatiles en las bandas UHF y Ka militar. Tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1n otras empresas del sector espacial espa\u00f1ol. <br \/><br \/>La capacidad UHF no estaba disponible hasta ahora en la anterior flota de Spainsat. Ambos sat\u00e9lites ofrecer\u00e1n redundancia en zonas de inter\u00e9s para las Fuerzas Armadas espa\u00f1olas, incorporar\u00e1n tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas de protecci\u00f3n contra intentos de interferencia (antijamming) y de suplantaci\u00f3n (anti-spoofing), y estar\u00e1n reforzados y protegidos contra fen\u00f3menos nucleares a gran altitud.<\/p>\n<p>Los sat\u00e9lites se basar\u00e1n en la plataforma Eurostar Neo, el nuevo producto para sat\u00e9lites de telecomunicaciones geoestacionarios de Airbus, una evoluci\u00f3n notable de la serie Eurostar, muy fiable y exitosa, que incorpora una amplia gama de importantes novedades. Entre ellas figuran una carga \u00fatil totalmente flexible en banda X que utiliza antenas activas con capacidad de reconfiguraci\u00f3n en \u00f3rbita, un procesador digital de a bordo que interconectar\u00e1 las cargas \u00fatiles en banda X y Ka militar para permitir el cruce de bandas, y un enlace de servicio de alta velocidad dedicado que facilitar\u00e1 una r\u00e1pida reconfiguraci\u00f3n. Como resultado, se dispondr\u00e1 de mayor capacidad y flexibilidad, haciendo posible la reorientaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de los haces en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de cobertura. <br \/><br \/>Hisdesat es el propietario y operador de la nueva generaci\u00f3n de sat\u00e9lites de comunicaci\u00f3n SPAINSAT NG. Su principal cliente es el Ministerio de Defensa espa\u00f1ol a trav\u00e9s de una asociaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada con Hisdesat, entre otros, los nuevos sat\u00e9lites tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1n a otras entidades gubernamentales espa\u00f1olas, aliados y pa\u00edses amistosos con acuerdos bilaterales, al programa de comunicaci\u00f3n gubernamental de la UE, \u201cGovsatcom\u201d y probablemente al bloque de futuras capacidades de comunicaciones por sat\u00e9lite NATO CP130. Adem\u00e1s, SPAINSAT NG continuar\u00e1 suministrando servicios a los clientes existentes y futuros de XTAR LLc. <br \/><br \/>El desarrollo de SPAINSAT NG cuenta con el respaldo del Ministerio de Industria, Comercia y Turismo, as\u00ed como del Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial espa\u00f1ol (CDTI) en el marco de una asociaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada entre la Agencia
