\u201ces un hombre que no est\u00e1 improvisado en el sector, un hombre que, quiz\u00e1 como nadie, conoce la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e24116 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e24116\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Al tomar posesi\u00f3n de su cargo como Director General ante el Ministro de Transporte Guillermo Francisco Reyes Gonz\u00e1lez, Sergio Par\u00eds Mendoza anunci\u00f3 una cruzada contra la corrupci\u00f3n en la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, y asegur\u00f3 que la aviaci\u00f3n civil puede aportar grandemente a lograr la paz total en Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Par\u00eds, <em>\u201cla primera regla\u201d <\/em>de la instituci\u00f3n a su cargo ser\u00e1<em> \u201chacer todo lo posible para alejar la organizaci\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/em>Ese objetivo, agreg\u00f3<em>, \u201cse traduce en lograr que todos los funcionarios la rechacen, hagan un escudo para evitarla, en un tejido tan fuerte que permita a la sociedad reconocer ese esfuerzo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, ante los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, Par\u00eds dedic\u00f3 un espacio para lo que \u00e9l llam\u00f3 los \u201caeropuertos hu\u00e9rfanos\u201d del pa\u00eds. Seg\u00fan el nuevo director de la Aerocivil, son aquellos aeropuertos que deben <em>\u201cocupar un lugar de excelencia y prioridad en la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica; que se deben amparar por la entidad y buscar la forma de rodearlos con una infraestructura adecuada al servicio que prestan como requisito para generar actividad donde falta la presencia del Estado\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Para Par\u00eds, administrador de empresas de 61 a\u00f1os, el transporte a\u00e9reo es un servicio p\u00fablico esencial y con un significado especial: garantizar la seguridad, la eficiencia, la calidad y el acceso equitativo a todos los colombianos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, recalc\u00f3, implica <em>\u201cla prelaci\u00f3n del inter\u00e9s general sobre el particular, especialmente en cuanto a la garant\u00eda de la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio y a la protecci\u00f3n de los usuarios\u201d <\/em>no solo de las grandes ciudades, sino de remotos poblados como Timbiqu\u00ed (Cauca), Vig\u00eda del Fuerte (Antioquia), Tib\u00fa (Norte de Santander), Tame (Arauca), Providencia, Cumaribo (Vichada) o Barranco Minas (Guain\u00eda).<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Ministro de Transporte destac\u00f3 las calidades personales y profesionales de Par\u00eds e hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que<em> \u201cel pa\u00eds esper\u00f3 mucho este d\u00eda, <\/em>porque <em>la Aeron\u00e1utica necesitaba un director en propiedad\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cA m\u00ed me da mucho orgullo que usted sea la persona elegida por nuestro gobierno para asumir tan importante cargo\u201d<\/em>, enfatiz\u00f3 el titular de la cartera de Transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Reyes consider\u00f3 que al menos el 95% del personal de la Aerocivil y del pa\u00eds mismo recibieron con benepl\u00e1cito el nombramiento de Par\u00eds porque \u201c<em>es un hombre que no est\u00e1 improvisado en el sector, un hombre que, quiz\u00e1 como nadie, conoce la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, un hombre al que el presidente (Petro) y este gobierno le conocen su ejercicio en la entidad\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Monumento Oraci\u00f3n al Proscrito<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Al referirse a la paz total, el nuevo director Sergio Par\u00eds Mendoza evoc\u00f3 el monumento <em>Oraci\u00f3n al Proscrito<\/em> del que, seg\u00fan dijo, ayuda \u201ca comprender la importancia de la paz total en nuestro futuro y c\u00f3mo desde la aviaci\u00f3n civil podemos contribuir a ese logro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El monumento <em>Oraci\u00f3n al Proscrito<\/em>, del maestro antioque\u00f1o Rodrigo Arenas Betancur, se encuentra en el aeropuerto El Dorado.<\/p>\n<p>En su discurso Par\u00eds invit\u00f3 a los presentes <em>\u201ca entender el significado, el encuentro entre lo divino y lo humano como invocaci\u00f3n de perd\u00f3n que estas figuras representan, as\u00ed como la figura humana que, de rodillas, ora observando el Cielo, dejando atr\u00e1s, enterrando el fusil\u201d<\/em>, es decir, es un s\u00edmbolo a la paz
