de tecnolog\u00eda limpia y productor de crudo verde para seguir probando el Combustible de Aviaci\u00f3n Sostenible (SAF) mientras da el pr\u00f3ximo paso cr\u00edtico en su viaje hacia la escalabilidad comercial. El SAF, que se ha producido en base a la tecnolog\u00eda de crudo verde patentada de Alder Fuels, se est\u00e1 preparando para su lanzamiento mundial como reemplazo directo del combustible para aviones a base de petr\u00f3leo y ser\u00e1 una herramienta fundamental para descarbonizar los cielos.<\/p>\n<p>La prueba, que incluir\u00e1 pruebas de vuelo en un motor Rolls-Royce Pearl, evaluar\u00e1 la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, los criterios de emisiones y las credenciales bajas en carbono del SAF producido a partir de Alder Greencrude (AGC) y es otro testimonio de la ambici\u00f3n de Rolls-Royce de desempe\u00f1ar un papel fundamental para permitir que los sectores en los que opera alcancen cero emisiones netas de carbono para 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Moesta, SVP Strategy &amp; Future Programs \u2013 Business Aviation, Rolls-Royce, dijo: <em>\u201cEl uso de combustible de aviaci\u00f3n sostenible como una soluci\u00f3n de bajas emisiones y su despliegue comercial global son esenciales para la descarbonizaci\u00f3n de los viajes a\u00e9reos de media a larga distancia. Su nombre es sin\u00f3nimo de lo mejor en ingenier\u00eda\u201d<\/em>, dijo Bryan Sherbacow, presidente y director ejecutivo de Alder Fuels. <em>\u201cNuestra esperanza es que esta colaboraci\u00f3n no solo marque un hito importante para la descarbonizaci\u00f3n de la aviaci\u00f3n, sino que env\u00ede una fuerte se\u00f1al global al mercado de que el futuro de los vuelos sostenibles est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed y el momento de la transici\u00f3n es ahora\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Alder Fuels utiliza biomasa sostenible, como pastos regenerativos, residuos forestales y productos de desecho agr\u00edcola para crear Alder Greencrude (AGC) bajo en carbono que se puede convertir en un SAF directo utilizando la infraestructura de refiner\u00eda de petr\u00f3leo y bio existente. El proceso, que se ha desarrollado en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el Laboratorio Nacional de Energ\u00eda Renovable del Departamento de Energ\u00eda de los Estados Unidos, puede lograr reducciones de gases de efecto invernadero de m\u00e1s del 80 por ciento en comparaci\u00f3n con el combustible para aviones de origen f\u00f3sil.<\/p>\n<p>Las pruebas del motor evaluar\u00e1n el rendimiento del SAF derivado de AGC en comparaci\u00f3n con el combustible para aviones de origen f\u00f3sil para validar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el rendimiento del SAF derivado de AGC como reemplazo directo del combustible para aviones tradicional y generar datos cr\u00edticos para el desarrollo de una especificaci\u00f3n 100% SAF por ASTM Internacional. Adem\u00e1s, el SAF se someter\u00e1 a un ciclo de vida completo y una evaluaci\u00f3n de emisiones de criterios, y los datos asociados con esta evaluaci\u00f3n se informar\u00e1n de manera transparente para avanzar en los esfuerzos globales de descarbonizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Rolls-Royce se comprometi\u00f3 anteriormente a garantizar que todos sus motores Trent y Business Aviation sean compatibles con 100% SAF para 2023.
