La Organizaci\u00f3n Meteorol\u00f3gica Mundial (OMM) destaca que Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (ALC) es <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/public.wmo.int\/en\/media\/press-release\/wmo-issues-report-state-of-climate-latin-america-and-caribbean.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">una regi\u00f3n significativamente afectada por el clima extremo y el cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.
