entre otros temas.<\/p>\n<p>En el panel \u201cLa recuperaci\u00f3n del sector a\u00e9reo en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe\u201d, los participantes abordaron los retos relacionados con la mejora de las infraestructuras aeroportuarias, el aumento del precio del petr\u00f3leo, el valor de los pasajes a\u00e9reos, sin embargo, citaron la fuerza del turismo y la necesidad de invertir en combustibles sostenibles (SAF) como factores que pueden impulsar el desarrollo del sector en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBrasil tiene infinitas fuentes para la producci\u00f3n de SAF y estamos trabajando para que sea una realidad. Tenemos tecnolog\u00eda para eso tambi\u00e9n, pero actualmente todav\u00eda no hay forma de tener SAF a precios comerciales\u201d<\/em>, reconoci\u00f3 Ronei Glanzmann, Secretario Nacional de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil de Brasil.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cComo sector, necesitamos actuar juntos para ser m\u00e1s competitivos. En Europa, la gente hace de 4 a 5 viajes, en promedio, por a\u00f1o. En Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, esta tasa es de 0,62 por persona. El mensaje de los gobiernos es que la recuperaci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed viene del turismo, pero hay que revisar los impuestos. Cuando negociamos juntos como industria con el gobierno, podemos ayudar a aumentar el turismo\u201d<\/em>, comento Peter Cerda, vicepresidente regional de IATA para las Am\u00e9ricas.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew O&#8217;Brian, presidente y CEO de Centerline Airport Partners y expresidente de ACI-LAC, destac\u00f3 el rol del Consejo Internacional de Aeropuertos para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe con sus diversos programas que apoyan a los aeropuertos de la regi\u00f3n, especialmente a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os con menos recursos, con informaci\u00f3n, consultor\u00eda, y estableciendo puentes entre los aeropuertos y otras empresas del sector.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn el caso de los eVTOL, actualmente hay muchas inversiones en este segmento y los reguladores est\u00e1n comenzando a certificarlas. Hay que saber preparar la infraestructura y ACI-LAC est\u00e1 haciendo un excelente trabajo bajo el liderazgo de Rafael Echevarne\u201d<\/em>, dijo O\u2019Brian citando al director general de ACI-LAC.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Influencers<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El panel \u201cEl impacto de las redes sociales en el mercado de viajes y turismo\u201d discuti\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los productores de contenido y las agencias de viajes, las aerol\u00edneas y los aeropuertos han estado trabajando juntos.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Rosales, de Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, destac\u00f3 que los influencers ahora son aliados estrat\u00e9gicos de la industria. <em>\u201cDurante la pandemia, los influencers fueron fundamentales para brindar informaci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico sobre vacunas, restricciones de salud, e ingreso a los pa\u00edses. Adem\u00e1s, su trabajo es entender lo que la gente est\u00e1 buscando. Ellos son quienes captan el sentir sobre la gastronom\u00eda, los tours, el alojamiento, el cual es fundamental para el sector de los viajes y el turismo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Accesibilidad<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo capacitar a la comunidad aeroportuaria para reconocer las diferentes demandas de los pasajeros con necesidades especiales, atenderlas y establecer una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cercana con ellos? Este fue uno de los puntos tratados durante el panel \u201cSoluciones innovadoras para facilitar la accesibilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro Restrepo, de IATA, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de eliminar las barreras que impiden que las personas tengan acceso al sistema de viajes. \u201cEl compromiso es materializar esta idea en acciones concretas y para eso trabajamos con la OACI para que haya pol\u00edticas y sean seguidas por los reguladores, aerol\u00edneas y aeropuertos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Ra\u00fal Revuelta, director general de Grupo Aeroportuario del Pac\u00edfico (GAP), la accesibilidad en los aeropuertos debe funcionar como todos los dem\u00e1s aspectos del programa de experiencia del pasajero y lo que se debe buscar es un trato igualitario para todos. <em>\u201cEs importante trabajar con las ONGs y fundaciones que nos compartan informaci\u00f3n concreta de la realidad para que podamos construir programas de inclusi\u00f3n en los aeropuertos, es decir, c\u00f3mo preparar materiales, c\u00f3mo comunicar, c\u00f3mo involucrar a la comunidad aeroportuaria\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Fuerza Laboral Aeroportuaria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El universo laboral tambi\u00e9n fue discutido en el panel \u201cEl futuro del trabajo en los aeropuertos\u201d, que destac\u00f3, entre otros puntos, los esfuerzos por mantener la fuerza laboral en la aviaci\u00f3n durante la pandemia del Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTrabajamos con los sindicatos para mantener compromisos que permitieran proteger los empleos. Las nuevas situaciones nos hicieron experimentar con otras formas de trabajar y dise\u00f1amos un nuevo modelo organizacional que se mantuvo vigente para las entregas despu\u00e9s de la pandemia\u201d<\/em>, dijo Ver\u00f4nica Bargiela, directora de RRHH de Aeropuertos Argentina 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Otro punto discutido fue c\u00f3mo superar el desaf\u00edo de atraer nuevos profesionales a un mercado que ha experimentado cambios repentinos y profundos en los \u00faltimos 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo mantener el inter\u00e9s de los j\u00f3venes de la generaci\u00f3n Y y Z, que ser\u00e1 de la fuerza laboral en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os?
