Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (ANAC) firm\u00f3 con la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte A\u00e9reo (ALTA) un protocolo de intenci\u00f3n para promover el trabajo entre la Agencia y la Asociaci\u00f3n que juntos trazar\u00e1n proyectos destinados a igualar el entorno normativo de la aviaci\u00f3n civil y la industria.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo tiene como objetivo el intercambio de experiencias, a trav\u00e9s de un programa, entre el personal t\u00e9cnico de ANAC y los miembros de ALTA. <em>\u201cEl trabajo en colaboraci\u00f3n entre el regulador y la industria es la mejor manera de desarrollar una estructura reguladora eficiente que, al mismo tiempo, garantice la seguridad de las operaciones. Este acuerdo supone un gran avance en la estructuraci\u00f3n de este trabajo de colaboraci\u00f3n que fue tan importante en la pandemia y seguir\u00e1 si\u00e9ndolo para el crecimiento de la industria. El protocolo marca el inicio de la cooperaci\u00f3n que pretendemos firmar con el sector. Todo ello con gran transparencia y el apoyo de las dos instituciones\u201d<\/em>, dijo el director-presidente de la ANAC, Juliano Noman.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCon la firma de este protocolo durante el ALTA Aviation Law Americas 2022, destacamos el papel de ALTA y sus miembros para trabajar regulaciones inteligentes que sirvan para impulsar el desarrollo de la industria y generar oportunidades para todos los pa\u00edses. La conclusi\u00f3n de este acuerdo incorporar\u00e1 innovaciones en este entorno de tanta tecnolog\u00eda, aportar\u00e1 m\u00e1s seguridad jur\u00eddica en las operaciones de forma r\u00e1pida, eficaz y segura. Con este intercambio de experiencias, la industria ayudar\u00e1 a la Agencia a establecer los requisitos, teniendo en cuenta la complejidad del procedimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los procedimientos RNP AR proporcionan varias ventajas operativas y de seguridad en comparaci\u00f3n con otros procedimientos RNAV. Estas ventajas incluyen la incorporaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n de navegaci\u00f3n adicional, integridad y capacidades funcionales para operaciones con tolerancias de obst\u00e1culos reducidas, permitiendo procedimientos de aproximaci\u00f3n y despegue en circunstancias en las que otros tipos de procedimientos de aproximaci\u00f3n y salida no son operativamente posibles.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl intercambio de conocimientos y el desarrollo de la colaboraci\u00f3n para el procedimiento de autorizaci\u00f3n de estas operaciones permitir\u00e1 que estas ganancias
