Celebramos que, frente a ello, la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil haya mostrado su talante y anunciado que har\u00e1 su labor seria y profesionalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Si se llegara a permitir esa integraci\u00f3n se amenazar\u00eda con perder lo logrado en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os desde que entr\u00f3 en operaci\u00f3n el esquema de bajo costo, que pas\u00f3 de movilizar 14 millones de pasajeros en 2011 a m\u00e1s de 30 millones proyectados para 2022, facilitando no solo el acceso de m\u00e1s personas a un servicio p\u00fablico antes lejano, sino tambi\u00e9n dinamizando la econom\u00eda y creando oportunidades para el vendedor de la playa, el taxista, los restaurantes, el local de la esquina, y todos aquellos peque\u00f1os y medianos negocios que hacen parte de la cadena de abastecimiento y que le permiten a un viajero disfrutar de este servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, con la integraci\u00f3n se dar\u00eda v\u00eda libre para que ambas aerol\u00edneas se dividan las rutas que cada una opera actualmente, privilegiando algunos destinos y encareciendo tarifas en otros, lo que afecta directamente a las peque\u00f1os y medianos competidores, y principalmente, al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Ya estamos sufriendo la posici\u00f3n dominante en el uso de la infraestructura, en la concentraci\u00f3n de los counter, las salas de abordaje, las posiciones de parqueo y los slot (reserva de tiempo para realizar un trayecto) en terminales a\u00e9reos como el de Bogot\u00e1. En el nuevo escenario este uso dominante podr\u00eda empeorar.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos seguros de que la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio y los Ministerios de Comercio y Transporte no permitir\u00e1n que se repita un proceso que ya se ha visto varias veces en Colombia y, como resultado del cual, Avianca se ha consolidado en su posici\u00f3n de dominio, en detrimento de los viajeros nacionales, del consumidor y de su anhelo de precios bajos y calidad de servicio, de la competitividad de nuestras industria de agencias de viajes, turismo y
