electrot\u00e9rmico (CNT) de nanotubos de carbono para sistemas de protecci\u00f3n contra hielo que busca dar como resultado aeronaves m\u00e1s eficientes y sostenibles. El proyecto logr\u00f3 recientemente un hito importante al iniciar una campa\u00f1a de prueba de vuelo en la unidad Gavi\u00e3o Peixoto de Embraer en Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva soluci\u00f3n del sistema de protecci\u00f3n contra hielo CNT se instal\u00f3 con \u00e9xito en el estabilizador vertical y se prob\u00f3 en vuelo en el prototipo completamente funcional Phenom 300E de Embraer, el jet ligero m\u00e1s vendido del mundo durante 10 a\u00f1os consecutivos. El calentador CNT de Collins y el controlador de protecci\u00f3n contra hielo se integraron en el prototipo de avi\u00f3n antes de ejecutar m\u00e1s de 10 horas de pruebas de vuelo en tierra y &#8220;aire seco&#8221;. Las actividades tecnol\u00f3gicas y de investigaci\u00f3n tienen como objetivo aumentar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el nivel de preparaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de pruebas en tierra adicionales y el vuelo en condiciones naturales de formaci\u00f3n de hielo. El proyecto es parte del enfoque de desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas More Electric Aircraft (MEA), que incluye una serie de iniciativas de la industria para garantizar el compromiso de cero emisiones netas para 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Los calentadores basados en tecnolog\u00eda CNT presentan ventajas significativas en comparaci\u00f3n con los calentadores met\u00e1licos existentes. Los principales beneficios incluyen la eliminaci\u00f3n del proceso de grabado qu\u00edmico, la reducci\u00f3n del requerimiento de energ\u00eda en un 25 por ciento a nivel del sistema y la minimizaci\u00f3n de los efectos aerodin\u00e1micos adversos causados por el hielo. El elemento calentador liviano del CNT es significativamente m\u00e1s liviano que un calentador met\u00e1lico convencional, presenta una mayor tolerancia al da\u00f1o y deber\u00eda resultar en un
