elementor-clearfix\"><p>En el Aeroparque Metropolitano Jorge Newbery de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, la Empresa Argentina de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea |EANA SE, del Ministerio de Transporte, instal\u00f3 y puso en operaci\u00f3n el nuevo simulador ATC. El mismo consiste en una herramienta que simula ser una Torre de Control con una presentaci\u00f3n visual de 180\u00ba, y est\u00e1 destinada a la capacitaci\u00f3n continua de los y las Controladores\/as de Tr\u00e1nsito A\u00e9reo. Con su incorporaci\u00f3n, el primero de una serie de simuladores que ser\u00e1n instalados en distintos aeropuertos del pa\u00eds, EANA se ubica a la vanguardia a nivel regional en el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de nueva tecnolog\u00eda para la industria aeron\u00e1utica.<\/p>\n<p>La puesta en servicio del simulador ATC permite elevar el nivel de la instrucci\u00f3n, ya que la simulaci\u00f3n se realiza con adecuados est\u00e1ndares de realismo, emulando los sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n y de visualizaci\u00f3n que se tiene en una torre de control real. Asimismo, puede programarse la condici\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica, pasando de \u00f3ptima a muy reducida. El simulador est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado con tres posiciones de trabajo para controladores de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo y, en otro espacio f\u00edsico lindante, para tres colaboradores que ofician de pilotos. Tambi\u00e9n cuenta con un espacio para el responsable y supervisor de la sala.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las variables que pueden simularse y entrenarse se encuentra el perfeccionamiento en el manejo de situaciones poco comunes o de emergencia. Este tipo de simulacros solo puede llevarse adelante de manera pr\u00e1ctica en esta clase de simuladores, y es muy importante que el cuerpo de controladores\/as se mantenga entrenado para este tipo de situaciones. La capacitaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica tambi\u00e9n radica en los cambios normativos, de infraestructura y\/o tecnol\u00f3gicos, y es obligatoria por normativa de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (ANAC). Adem\u00e1s del equipo de CTA de Aeroparque, el simulador tambi\u00e9n servir\u00e1 como dispositivo de entrenamiento para los\/as CTA de los aeropuertos de San Fernando y El Palomar, optimizando la utilizaci\u00f3n de los recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Las caracter\u00edsticas del proyecto permiten disponer del conocimiento adquirido en \u00e9l para replicarlo en otras dependencias en donde su implementaci\u00f3n sea requerida de acuerdo al Plan Anual de Instrucci\u00f3n Nacional de EANA. Adem\u00e1s, esta herramienta resulta sumamente \u00fatil en casos de una merma importante y sostenida en el tiempo de cantidad de aeronaves atendidas, tal cual lo ocurrido durante la pandemia. Poder seguir entrenando con alta cargas de trabajo a los y las controladores\/as permite que mantengan sus competencias en \u00f3ptimas condiciones en todo momento.<\/p>\n<p>La inauguraci\u00f3n del simulador representa otro avance en la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Modernizaci\u00f3n del Transporte promovido por el Ministerio de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n. Contar con una herramienta as\u00ed permite llevar adelante un plan de instrucci\u00f3n ATC de manera din\u00e1mica, segura y a un bajo costo cuya rentabilidad se ve manifestada en la mejora de la
