Airbus est\u00e1 trabajando con la fuerza a\u00e9rea para proporcionar a la Luftwaffe una autorizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para comenzar las pruebas de vuelo del A400M alem\u00e1n con hasta el 50 por ciento de combustible de aviaci\u00f3n sostenible (SAF, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) a corto plazo. El combustible de aviaci\u00f3n sostenible es una alternativa probada que puede reducir el ciclo de vida de las emisiones de C02 hasta en un 85% en comparaci\u00f3n con el combustible convencional.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, Alemania, que tiene un total de 53 unidades encargadas, se convierte en la primera naci\u00f3n cliente que lanza una transformaci\u00f3n gradual a SAF para su flota operativa de A400M.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl objetivo de la Luftwaffe es lanzar una transformaci\u00f3n hacia la sostenibilidad de su flota. Su misi\u00f3n es tambi\u00e9n la nuestra. Ingo Gerhartz, Jefe de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Alemana.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de apoyar las actividades nacionales de los clientes, Airbus se ha embarcado en una hoja de ruta a largo plazo para lograr el cien por cien de preparaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n SAF para el A400M.<\/p>\n<p>Como primer paso, en 2022, Airbus tiene planificado un vuelo de prueba de un avi\u00f3n A400M con una carga de combustible de hasta el 50 por ciento de SAF. Este vuelo de prueba inicial se realizar\u00e1 con un solo motor para evaluar mejor el comportamiento general del avi\u00f3n. Una vez completado con \u00e9xito este vuelo con un solo motor, Airbus espera continuar con las pruebas en los cuatro motores en 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que se completen las actividades de prueba con los cuatro motores, el A400M se autorizar\u00e1 formalmente para los clientes con acceso al 50 por ciento del SAF.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Airbus, la OCCAR y las naciones del A400M est\u00e1n participando en las discusiones iniciales para desarrollar la hoja de ruta hacia la certificaci\u00f3n y el uso operativo del cien por cien de SAF.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEst\u00e1 claro que esto no ocurrir\u00e1 de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana. Este tipo de combustible tiene que ser evaluado t\u00e9cnicamente por el fabricante del motor antes de que podamos comenzar con las pruebas de vuelo para certificar los motores TP400M para el cien por cien de SAF. En la actualidad, este tipo de combustible a\u00fan no est\u00e1 totalmente estandarizado ni probado. Estamos en las fases preliminares para una comprobaci\u00f3n inicial de viabilidad\u201d<\/em>, dijo Schoellhorn. <em>\u201cEste plan, en cuanto al motor se refiere, se integrar\u00eda con las actividades de pruebas de vuelo necesarias de Airbus para la certificaci\u00f3n final del A400M\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de 2022, Airbus realiz\u00f3 el primer vuelo de su demostrador tecnol\u00f3gico C295 FTB2 (Flight Test Bed 2), un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del programa europeo Clean Sky 2 (CS2) y del programa de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n Horizonte 2020 de la UE, cuyo objetivo es el uso de nuevas aeroestructuras, tecnolog\u00edas y materiales para lograr reducciones de ruido, CO2 y NOx. En cuanto al C295, Airbus tambi\u00e9n pretende llevar a cabo una campa\u00f1a de pruebas de vuelos con un cincuenta por ciento de SAF en 2022 y un cien por cien de SAF en
