elementor-clearfix\"><p>Desde el lunes 6 de junio las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas han provocado algunas demoras, cancelaciones y reprogramaciones de vuelos debido a la baja visibilidad por la niebla. Sin embargo, en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery se pudo seguir operando al 95% minimizando la afectaci\u00f3n de los vuelos gracias a las obras de modernizaci\u00f3n realizadas por todos los organismos del sector aeron\u00e1utico junto al Ministerio de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A partir del 21 de abril de este a\u00f1o el aeropuerto metropolitano tiene la capacidad de operar en categor\u00eda CAT II, lo que le permite seguir brindando servicios con seguridad y precisi\u00f3n aun con una visibilidad m\u00ednima de 300 metros. Antes de esta obra de infraestructura, con estas condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas el aeropuerto hubiera permanecido cerrado ya que la visibilidad m\u00ednima requerida era de 700 metros.<\/p>\n<p>En las \u00faltimas 48 horas gracias a esta modernizaci\u00f3n pudieron realizarse m\u00e1s de 140 operaciones en CAT II, en las que se transportaron m\u00e1s de 20 mil pasajeros. Sin estos trabajos, estas operaciones a\u00e9reas no hubieran podido llevarse a cabo.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Gabriela Logatto, presidenta de la Empresa Argentina de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea (EANA S.E.) se expres\u00f3 sobre los beneficios de poder operar en CAT II.: \u201cNosotros trabajamos con un pron\u00f3stico meteorol\u00f3gico que nos va dando la visibilidad y la previsibilidad que trasladamos a las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas, con las cuales trabajamos de manera colaborativa, para poder prever y tener el menor impacto hacia el usuario, que es quien sufre las demoras. Aeroparque pudo seguir operando a\u00fan con una densa niebla y hace un a\u00f1o no lo hubiese podido hacer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En s\u00edntesis, la Categor\u00eda II del Aeroparque es el resultado del esfuerzo combinado de todo el sistema aeroportuario en pos de la continuidad de los vuelos a\u00fan en condiciones que, tal como ocurr\u00eda en el pasado, afectaron la operaci\u00f3n del aeropuerto. Significa tambi\u00e9n un gran avance en la calidad de servicio, no solo para quienes viajan desde y hacia la Ciudad de Buenos Aires o hagan conexiones en Aeroparque, sino que, adem\u00e1s, representa
