(&#8220;LATAM&#8221;) (SSE: LTM) junto a sus filiales en Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Per\u00fa y Estados Unidos, informaron el pasado viernes 6 de mayo los resultados de la votaci\u00f3n de su Plan de Reorganizaci\u00f3n que alcanz\u00f3 el apoyo suficiente de ~82% en d\u00f3lares y un ~65% del n\u00famero de votantes acreedores de las clases afectadas por el Plan. Estos resultados no incluyen a los titulares de reclamaciones del RCF, quienes a\u00fan tienen plazo hasta el 10 de mayo del 2022 para votar.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos meses, LATAM ha continuado participando en extensas negociaciones y en un proceso de mediaci\u00f3n, y ha trabajado arduamente para resolver cualquier inquietud que ha surgido con respecto al Plan. LATAM sigue confiando en que el Plan es equitativo y considera a todas las partes interesadas. De confirmarse, el Plan inyectar\u00eda nuevos fondos al grupo a trav\u00e9s de una combinaci\u00f3n de capital, bonos convertibles y deuda, y reforzar\u00eda su balance, liquidez y estructura de capital para operaciones futuras.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Como se anunci\u00f3 anteriormente, la audiencia de confirmaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de mayo de 2022, momento en el que el Tribunal evaluar\u00e1 el Plan, el \u00faltimo hito en el proceso de quiebra en los Estados Unidos.
