reuni\u00f3n presencial conjunta del Comit\u00e9 de Combustible de la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte A\u00e9reo (ALTA) y el Grupo de Trabajo Regional Am\u00e9ricas de Combustible de la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Transporte A\u00e9reo (IATA) los d\u00edas 22, 23 y 24 de febrero en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El primer d\u00eda de reuni\u00f3n tuvo lugar en el Centro Internacional de Instrucci\u00f3n de Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (CIIASA) y contempl\u00f3 una agenda dedicada a representantes de aerol\u00edneas para dialogar sobre el mercado mexicano, con presentaciones de Oscar Arguello, Director General de ASA, y Mauricio Arellano, Director de Combustibles de ASA, as\u00ed como discusiones sobre campa\u00f1as y prioridades en la regi\u00f3n, especialmente en Brasil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Per\u00fa, Ecuador, Uruguay y Argentina, actualizaci\u00f3n regulatoria sobre los combustibles sostenibles de aviaci\u00f3n, tasas y transparencia en los precios del combustible en la regi\u00f3n, con presentaciones de Jaime Escobar, Director de Combustibles y Cargos de ALTA, Daniel Chereau, Subdirector de Combustibles de IATA, y Pedro de la Fuente Gerente de Relaciones Externas y Sostenibilidad de IATA.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda jornada cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de proveedores y una agenda enfocada en el escenario actual del mercado energ\u00e9tico, campa\u00f1as de infraestructura, tasas, transparencia y suministro, el rol de los combustible sustentables de aviaci\u00f3n (SAF) para lograr cero emisiones, la producci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y suministro de SAF en la regi\u00f3n y la experiencia en el abastecimiento, con presentaciones de Ellie Valencia, Gerente de Precios de Destilados de EE. UU. y Productos Refinados de Am\u00e9rica Latina de S&amp;P Global Platts y Stephanie Zhu, Gerente General de Sustentabilidad de Delta Air Lines.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime Escobar, Director de Combustibles y Cargos Aeroportuarios de ALTA, destac\u00f3 que \u201cnos sentimos muy complacidos con la amplia asistencia a este encuentro presencial que refuerza la comunicaci\u00f3n y los conocimientos sobre un tema clave para la industria a\u00e9rea, que tiene retos en la regi\u00f3n, pero una gran oportunidad para generar cambios en pro de una operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y responsable con el medioambiente. El nivel de las discusiones, el intercambio de conocimiento y el plan de trabajo trazado representan alt\u00edsimo valor y un avance importante en el objetivo de lograr cero emisiones netas para 2050.
