Final de Sevilla. El avi\u00f3n inicia ahora una campa\u00f1a de vuelos en la que est\u00e1 previsto probar el dise\u00f1o de un ala altamente eficiente, un nuevo sistema de control de vuelo y una antena de comunicaci\u00f3n v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite integrada en el fuselaje de la aeronave.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl primer vuelo del C295 FTB2 es un hito clave que representa un importante paso adelante en el programa tras la integraci\u00f3n de las nuevas aeroestructuras y el \u00e9xito de los ensayos de encendido de sistemas y las pruebas en tierra. Hace s\u00f3lo unos a\u00f1os, este programa era \u00fanicamente un sue\u00f1o con el que nos propon\u00edamos conseguir una aviaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible. Hoy nos encontramos en la fase final y, por fin, lo hemos hecho volar\u201d<\/em>, ha declarado Francisco Javier S\u00e1nchez Segura, executive vice-president Engineering de Airbus Defence and Space.<\/p>\n<p>Basado en un C295, el Airbus Flight Test Bed 2 es un demostrador en vuelo de Clean Sky 2 (CS2) y del programa de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n Horizonte 2020 de la UE dedicado a probar tecnolog\u00edas para los futuros aviones regionales multimisi\u00f3n de CS2.<\/p>\n<p>Las modificaciones incluyen nuevos materiales y tecnolog\u00edas dise\u00f1adas para reducir el nivel de ruido y las emisiones de CO2 y NOx. Aplicando estas tecnolog\u00edas en una futura configuraci\u00f3n regional multimisi\u00f3n, se podr\u00eda conseguir una reducci\u00f3n de hasta un 43% de CO2 y de un 70% de NOx en una misi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar de b\u00fasqueda y rescate de 400 millas n\u00e1uticas, con un nivel de ruido durante el despegue un 45% inferior.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales modificaciones del avi\u00f3n son el dise\u00f1o innovador de un ala altamente eficiente, nuevos winglets din\u00e1micos y una antena plana para comunicaciones v\u00eda sat\u00e9lite integrada en la parte superior del fuselaje. Adem\u00e1s, unos innovadores controles de vuelo para las superficies de control primarias \u2013como los alerones, los flaps y los compensadores de los flaps con una mejor aerodin\u00e1mica\u2013 son capaces de adaptarse en vuelo y contribuir a una mayor eficiencia del sistema de hipersustentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo sistema de control de vuelo utiliza sistemas de control digital para optimizar el perfil aerodin\u00e1mico del ala durante el vuelo y se ha redise\u00f1ado un nuevo flap multifuncional que incorpora compensadores en el borde de salida y que se maneja mediante actuadores electromec\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n<p>Las ventajas tambi\u00e9n se extienden al proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, especialmente por el uso de materiales y m\u00e9todos de fabricaci\u00f3n avanzados que abarcan desde el uso de Scalmalloy y la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva, hasta nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de montaje de las aeroestructuras del ala. Se ha empleado el m\u00e9todo de montaje en un solo paso (one shot) para el nuevo winglet y los compensadores de los winglets de material compuesto, igual que para desarrollar un caj\u00f3n de torsi\u00f3n con larguerillos integrados. Por \u00faltimo, se han utilizado f\u00f3rmulas de montaje de flaps y alerones sin utillaje.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado de todo ello, el C295 FTB2 aporta mejoras no solo en los aspectos estrictamente operativos de la aeronave, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuye a introducir mejoras en el proceso de dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prensa
