<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30e7f8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30e7f8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>La capit\u00e1n \u00cdngrid Arango Calder\u00f3n fue en el a\u00f1o 2014 la primera mujer piloto del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional en el avi\u00f3n BeechCraft King Air.<\/p>\n<p>Este 2 de diciembre se convirti\u00f3 en la primera piloto al mando en la Aviaci\u00f3n del Ej\u00e9rcito, continuando as\u00ed su carrera y asumiendo mayores responsabilidades en el vuelo. Ella es, junto con su aeronave, apoyo a la misi\u00f3n institucional.<\/p>\n<p>Para alcanzar este logro se debe cumplir un primer requisito de haber volado al menos 1200 horas. Luego, su nombre es propuesto por un instructor para ser futuro piloto al mando, en donde un comit\u00e9 se re\u00fane para verificar que haya cumplido las condiciones exigidas.<\/p>\n<p>Tras haber pasado esa fase y haber sido aceptada por el comit\u00e9, inicia el curso de PAM (Piloto al Mando) en el Batall\u00f3n de Entrenamiento de la Aviaci\u00f3n del Ej\u00e9rcito, en el Campo A\u00e9reo de Tolemaida. All\u00ed debe ser sobresaliente en las materias acad\u00e9micas, para luego pasar a ser evaluada por el instructor y cumplir las horas de vuelo de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, luego de ese proceso, puede ser promovido como piloto al mando en su equipo de vuelo, como es el caso de la capit\u00e1n \u00cdngrid Arango Calder\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque sus comienzos en la Aviaci\u00f3n del Ej\u00e9rcito fueron en el avi\u00f3n BeechCraft King Air, en el 2019, la oficial fue calificada en el equipo Grand Caravan para continuar con su proceso, equipo de vuelo que le dio la oportunidad de ser hoy piloto al mando, pues es el avi\u00f3n que por su versatilidad y caracter\u00edsticas es m\u00e1s operacional, llegando a los lugares m\u00e1s lejanos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La Capit\u00e1n Arango sigue comprometida con su labor, siendo la primera mujer piloto y piloto al mando. Su ejemplo para las otras mujeres del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional como profesional y mujer militar dan la gu\u00eda para que puedan seguir ocupando espacios y aceptando retos que con su profesionalismo y
