elementor-clearfix\"><p>Los vol\u00famenes de carga a\u00e9rea continuaron su tendencia alcista muy por encima de niveles precrisis, si bien el sector sigue sufriendo las limitaciones de capacidad, seg\u00fan los resultados de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Transporte A\u00e9reo Internacional (IATA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) sobre el transporte a\u00e9reo global de carga de septiembre de 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Con el fin de evitar la comparaci\u00f3n de los resultados mensuales con los datos distorsionados de septiembre de 2021 y 2020 por el impacto del COVID-19, la comparaci\u00f3n se realiza respecto a septiembre de 2019 (salvo indicaci\u00f3n contraria), que sigui\u00f3 un comportamiento normalizado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La demanda global \u2014medida en toneladas de carga por kil\u00f3metro transportadas (CTK*, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s)\u2014 subi\u00f3 un 9,1% en septiembre de 2021 con respecto a septiembre de 2019 (9,4% en el mercado internacional).<\/li>\n<li>La capacidad se qued\u00f3 un 8,9% por debajo de niveles pre-COVID-19, respecto a septiembre de 2019 (-12% en el mercado internacional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entre los factores que afectan al sector del transporte a\u00e9reo de carga, destacan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>las limitaciones en las cadenas de suministro, que alargan los plazos de entrega de los proveedores. Cuando esto ocurre, los fabricantes utilizan el transporte a\u00e9reo para recuperar el tiempo perdido durante el proceso de producci\u00f3n. El \u00edndice de plazos de entrega de los proveedores del PMI (\u00edndice de gestores de compras) se situ\u00f3 en septiembre en 36, por debajo del nivel 50 \u2014lo que se\u00f1ala un impulso para la carga a\u00e9rea.<\/li>\n<li>Los \u00edndices de nuevos pedidos para exportaciones y de producci\u00f3n del PMI se han deteriorado respecto a los niveles del mes anterior, aunque contin\u00faan en territorio favorable. La actividad manufacturera global continu\u00f3 con su tendencia de crecimiento, si bien se contrajo en las econom\u00edas emergentes.<\/li>\n<li>El \u00edndice de rotaci\u00f3n de inventario contin\u00faa en niveles bajos de cara a las ventas minoristas en los d\u00edas clave de final de a\u00f1o, como el D\u00eda del Soltero, el \u201cBlack Friday\u201d o el \u201cCyber Monday\u201d, un dato positivo para el sector de la carga a\u00e9rea, aunque amenazado por las limitaciones de la capacidad.<\/li>\n<li>La relaci\u00f3n costes-competitividad de la carga a\u00e9rea frente al transporte mar\u00edtimo sigue siendo favorable. Antes de la crisis, el precio medio de la carga a\u00e9rea era 12,5 veces m\u00e1s elevado respecto al del transporte mar\u00edtimo. En septiembre de 2021, tan solo era tres veces m\u00e1s caro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cLa demanda de carga a\u00e9rea creci\u00f3 un 9,1% en septiembre respecto a niveles pre-COVID. La congesti\u00f3n de las cadenas de suministro favorece al transporte a\u00e9reo de carga por su rapidez. Pero la escasez de capacidad limita a su vez la capacidad del transporte a\u00e9reo para absorber la demanda adicional. Si no se aborda, la congesti\u00f3n en las cadenas de suministro retrasar\u00e1 la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del COVID-19. Los gobiernos deben actuar para aliviar la presi\u00f3n sobre las cadenas de suministro globales y mejorar su resiliencia general\u201d<\/em>, dijo Willie Walsh, director general de IATA.<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de aliviar las restricciones en las cadenas de suministro, adem\u00e1s de las destacadas por EE. El dato empeora respecto al 5,1% de crecimiento del mes anterior. La desaceleraci\u00f3n de la actividad manufacturera en China est\u00e1 deteriorando la demanda. La capacidad internacional se contrajo significativamente (-21,7%) respecto a septiembre de 2019. Se espera que la capacidad aumente ante la decisi\u00f3n de algunos pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n de levantar las restricciones de viaje.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>aerol\u00edneas norteamericanas<\/strong> vieron un aumento del 19,3% en la demanda internacional respecto a septiembre de 2019. Los nuevos pedidos de exportaci\u00f3n y la demanda de medios de transporte m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos est\u00e1n impulsando la demanda en Norteam\u00e9rica. La capacidad de carga internacional se contrajo un 4,0% respecto a septiembre de 2019, una ligera mejora respecto al mes anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>aerol\u00edneas europeas<\/strong> registraron un aumento de la demanda internacional del 5,3% respecto a septiembre de 2019, en l\u00ednea con el dato de agosto (5,6%). La demanda fue mayor en las rutas comerciales del Atl\u00e1ntico Norte (6,9% respecto a septiembre de 2019), frente al desempe\u00f1o m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil en las dem\u00e1s rutas. Las manufacturas, los pedidos y los plazos de entrega m\u00e1s largos siguen siendo favorables para el sector. La capacidad internacional se contrajo 13,5% respecto a septiembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Las<strong> aerol\u00edneas de Oriente Medio <\/strong>experimentaron un incremento del 17,6% en los vol\u00famenes internacionales respecto a septiembre de 2019; el dato mejora respecto al 14,7% registrado en agosto. La capacidad internacional se contrajo 4% respecto a septiembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>aerol\u00edneas latinoamericanas<\/strong> se situaron a la zaga con una ca\u00edda del 17,1% en la demanda internacional de carga respecto a septiembre de 2019, un empeoramiento tambi\u00e9n respecto al mes anterior (-14,5%). La capacidad se contrajo un 20,9% respecto a niveles pre-crisis, una mejora respecto al dato de agosto (-24,2%).<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>aerol\u00edneas africanas <\/strong>registraron un incremento de los vol\u00famenes internacionales del 34,6% en septiembre (respecto a septiembre de 2019). La regi\u00f3n lider\u00f3 el desempe\u00f1o por noveno mes consecutivo. El dato desestacionalizado crece un 20% respecto a niveles pre-crisis, si bien en los \u00faltimos seis meses ha registrado una tendencia lateral.
