su Flightlab. El proyecto abre el camino a un futuro sistema de propulsi\u00f3n h\u00edbrido para helic\u00f3pteros ligeros al tiempo que ofrece mejoras concretas de seguridad de vuelo a corto plazo. El objetivo principal de la campa\u00f1a es mejorar la seguridad de vuelo de las operaciones de un solo motor proporcionando energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de emergencia en caso de falla de la turbina.<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar estas pruebas, el Flightlab se equip\u00f3 con un motor el\u00e9ctrico de 100 Kw conectado a la caja de cambios principal, que puede proporcionar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica durante 30 segundos en caso de falla del motor. Al darle al piloto m\u00e1s tiempo para reaccionar y mantener la velocidad del rotor, el sistema de respaldo del motor contribuye a una maniobra de autorrotaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s segura y suave hacia el suelo. Las pruebas de vuelo actuales incluyen la simulaci\u00f3n de fallas de motor en diferentes condiciones de vuelo, incluidos los procedimientos de despegue y aterrizaje y las limitaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Al evaluar los m\u00e1rgenes de seguridad y los beneficios de rendimiento, la campa\u00f1a de vuelo tambi\u00e9n tiene como objetivo demostrar un aumento de rendimiento, gracias a la r\u00e1pida entrada de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.
