El sector tur\u00edstico fue uno de los m\u00e1s golpeados por la pandemia, por eso todos sus segmentos como el DTI, deber\u00e1n ser aprovechados al m\u00e1ximo para brindar experiencias diferentes y seguras a los viajeros para recuperar el terreno perdido por el COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Un destino tur\u00edstico inteligente es aquel que ofrece soluciones innovadoras y sustenta sus servicios en una infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica moderna y s\u00f3lida, enfocada en la competitividad y el desarrollo basados en principios de sostenibilidad, innovaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda y accesibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el\u00a0experto\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Manuel Cimadevilla, miembro colaborador\u00a0del dto. de investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/ostelea.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ostelea\u00a0Tourism Management School<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en Latinoam\u00e9rica a\u00fan existe un gran reto para la consolidaci\u00f3n de los destinos tur\u00edsticos inteligentes, ya que son pa\u00edses emergentes que est\u00e1n en un proceso de desarrollo y tienen que entender todav\u00eda la esencia de lo que significa constituir un DTI en las diferentes ciudades.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cObservamos que, principalmente, varias capitales y ciudades principales de LATAM han empezado desde hace unos a\u00f1os a proponerse construir este conocimiento y articular el sector privado, p\u00fablico y la academia para constituirse como DTI, logrando enfocar su estrategia en el fortalecimiento de la gobernanza, la accesibilidad, la innovaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y la tecnolog\u00eda\u201d<\/em>, expres\u00f3 Cimadevilla.<\/p>\n<p>El experto, agreg\u00f3 que lo importante es que las autoridades de los destinos incluyan este novedoso concepto en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas tales como los Planes locales de Desarrollo, para que las diferentes empresas empiecen a hacer, de la misma manera, un trabajo de transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se convierte un lugar en un destino tur\u00edstico inteligente?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un DTI debe cumplir con siete premisas principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debe ser innovador y ofrecer metodolog\u00edas participativas.<\/li>\n<li>Tener una infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica que permita ofrecer servicios y productos personalizados de calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Manejar un plan de negocios en el que prime el desarrollo sostenible de la empresa, la preservaci\u00f3n del medioambiente y el respeto por los valores culturales del lugar de asentamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar la accesibilidad para todas las personas, incluidas aquellas con discapacidad, mujeres embarazadas, limitaciones de movilidad y personas mayores.<\/li>\n<li>Estimular la interacci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de sus visitantes con el entorno en el que se encuentra nuestro negocio.<\/li>\n<li>Ofrecer experiencias de m\u00e1xima calidad que vayan desde lo que se proyecta en los <em>copys<\/em> que se desarrollan para las diferentes redes sociales, hasta lograr que el cliente est\u00e9 satisfecho.<\/li>\n<li>Que el proyecto tur\u00edstico y las implementaciones que requiera, tambi\u00e9n mejoren la vida de los residentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cCuando se re\u00fanen todos estos requisitos, se procede a hacer un diagn\u00f3stico integral para conocer los puntos fuertes de este destino, sus debilidades y su potencial. En este an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n se toman en cuenta todos los elementos que permiten el desarrollo de un destino inteligente, incluyendo los habitantes del lugar\u201d<\/em>, enfatiz\u00f3 el Industria, Comercio y Turismo de Espa\u00f1a, para convertir el pa\u00eds vecino en un Destino Tur\u00edstico Inteligente, basado en la experiencia europea.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra de la cartera, Claudia Cornejo, inform\u00f3 que con ello se dar\u00e1 un impulso al desarrollo de DTI en el Per\u00fa, lo que significa una oportunidad para transformar el turismo en un sector m\u00e1s competitivo,
