prepandemia.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-596614b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"596614b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>OBS Business School realiz\u00f3 el informe de investigaci\u00f3n \u2018El turismo del final de la pandemia\u2019, en el que se analizan diferentes aspectos del sector como, por ejemplo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 desarrollando la \u2018nueva normalidad tur\u00edstica\u2019?, adem\u00e1s \u00bfqu\u00e9 suceder\u00e1 con el turismo en el futuro cercano? o \u00bfc\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 viajar despu\u00e9s de la pandemia?<\/p>\n<p>La incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica y la falta a\u00fan de protocolos oficiales y consensuados a escala global (a pesar de loables iniciativas europeas como el pasaporte COVID), bien podr\u00edan generar pron\u00f3sticos futuros de ciencia ficci\u00f3n y poco reales o aplicables.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Jorge Tu\u00f1\u00f3n, Colaborador de OBS Business School y realizador del an\u00e1lisis, destac\u00f3 que en 2020 el sector perdi\u00f3 2,4 billones de d\u00f3lares y este a\u00f1o las p\u00e9rdidas estar\u00edan entre los 1,7 y 2,4 billones, es decir entre el 1,9 o 2,7 % del PIB mundial.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de esto, Colombia tiene una perspectiva positiva, ya que cifras de la Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Agencia de Viajes y Turismo (ANATO) la recuperaci\u00f3n de la industria en el pa\u00eds, ha superado cifras reportadas a nivel mundial, ya que la din\u00e1mica de viajeros en vuelos internacionales en el mundo en junio registr\u00f3 una reactivaci\u00f3n del 19 %, mientras que Colombia estableci\u00f3 una cifra de 55 %, al comparase con el mismo mes de 2019, seg\u00fan datos de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, al analizar el transporte de pasajeros en vuelos dom\u00e9sticos, en el mundo se dio una reactivaci\u00f3n del 78% en junio de 2021. La cifra nacional fue superior, al tomar el 81%, comparada con el mismo mes en 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 viene en general para el sector y cu\u00e1les son las tendencias?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una de las primeras inquietudes para la mayor parte de los pa\u00edses del mundo, pero sobre todo para aquellos m\u00e1s dependientes del turismo es: \u00bfc\u00f3mo recuperar al turista tras la devastaci\u00f3n de la COVID-19? Los viajeros hoy no perciben el turismo de la misma manera.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas ven\u00edan disfrutando de modelos tur\u00edsticos que han democratizado el mercado, pero habr\u00e1 que ver si son capaces de sobrevivir a la pandemia. Este es el caso de la aviaci\u00f3n de bajo costo y el modelo de alojamiento a trav\u00e9s de plataformas de intermediaci\u00f3n digitales tipo Airbnb. Precisamente, una buena parte de las viviendas ofertadas en dichas plataformas, mayormente ubicadas en los centros urbanos, pasaron a ser comercializadas como alquileres de larga duraci\u00f3n ante la ausencia de viajeros.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAunque parezca contradictorio, iniciativas como el pasaporte COVID europeo demuestran que la salida a la crisis tur\u00edstica debe pasar necesariamente por la colaboraci\u00f3n entre pa\u00edses, incluso, con aquellos con los que se compite. Algo que ya se est\u00e1 planteado tambi\u00e9n en Latam\u201d<\/em>, explic\u00f3 el experto de OBS.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien resulta complicado predecir al mil\u00edmetro el perfil del turista que saldr\u00e1 de la pandemia, parece evidente un mayor \u00e9nfasis en la predilecci\u00f3n de las personas por la digitalizaci\u00f3n de determinados procesos (ventas, reservas, soporte, atenci\u00f3n al cliente y hasta virtualizaci\u00f3n de determinadas experiencias) y de la fidelizaci\u00f3n de los viajeros.<\/p>\n<p>El viajero de 2021 no solo debe acostumbrarse, sino que ser\u00e1 exigente al demandar el cumplimiento de medidas sanitarias y distanciamiento social (sobre todo en interiores). Adem\u00e1s, apostar\u00e1 m\u00e1s por el turismo de cercan\u00eda, con un perfil, sobre todo en 2021, principalmente nacional, en estancias a menudo m\u00e1s cortas y con car\u00e1cter familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, se puede prever un perfil m\u00e1s rural o natural, con tendencia a alejarse de las grandes masificaciones de anta\u00f1o, as\u00ed como un viajero de un poder adquisitivo superior al de temporadas pre-pand\u00e9micas ya que ahora viaja solo quien se lo puede permitir con motivo de los efectos socio-econ\u00f3micos, es decir se puede hablar de un turista de mayor calidad y gasto promedio.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, para estar en el liderazgo del turismo post-pand\u00e9mico, los pa\u00edses no solo necesitan los ingredientes tradicionales como gente, paisaje, playas, clima, estilo de vida, e infraestructuras, sino mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cUna vez que se empieza a vislumbrar el final del t\u00fanel de la pandemia, el turismo deber\u00e1 seguir siendo, sobre todo en algunos pa\u00edses, una fuente de ingresos a capital y un generador de oportunidades, motivo por el que necesitar\u00e1 de una reingenier\u00eda en profundidad que lo adapte a un nuevo entorno postpand\u00e9mico. Del \u00e9xito al asumir el desaf\u00edo de mantener la categor\u00eda y encontrar las herramientas para su relanzamiento y adaptaci\u00f3n a unas nuevas reglas, depender\u00e1n no pocas
