la Junta de Representantes de Aerol\u00edneas Internacionales en Brasil (JURCAIB), la Asociaci\u00f3n Brasile\u00f1a de Aviaci\u00f3n General (ABAG), la Asociaci\u00f3n Brasile\u00f1a de Compa\u00f1\u00edas A\u00e9reas (ABEAR), la Asociaci\u00f3n Brasile\u00f1a de Servicios Auxiliares del Transporte A\u00e9reo (ABESATA), el Sindicato Nacional de Empresas A\u00e9reas (SNEA), el Sindicato Nacional de Compa\u00f1\u00edas de Taxi A\u00e9reo (SNETA) y el Sindicato Nacional de Compa\u00f1\u00edas de Aviaci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola (SINDAG) lanzaron este lunes (09\/08) un manifiesto en el que expresan gran preocupaci\u00f3n con el Proyecto de Ley 2337\/21, que aumenta la carga tributaria sobre la aviaci\u00f3n civil y puede generar un costo adicional de aproximadamente 5 mil millones de reales por a\u00f1o para el sector, considerando la aviaci\u00f3n general y otros miembros de la cadena de transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<p>El Proyecto de Ley 2337\/21 prev\u00e9 el restablecimiento del cargo PIS \/ COFINS sobre las importaciones y ventas en el mercado interno de aeronaves, repuestos y servicios de mantenimiento, as\u00ed como el Impuesto de Importaci\u00f3n e IPI sobre repuestos y piezas y una serie de elementos necesarios para el mantenimiento de aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p>El transporte a\u00e9reo en Brasil ha estado hist\u00f3ricamente exento de impuestos sobre estos art\u00edculos, ya que no es una pr\u00e1ctica del mercado internacional y la aviaci\u00f3n se rige por par\u00e1metros globales. El aumento de la carga fiscal impacta negativamente la competitividad de las empresas brasile\u00f1as y amenaza la capacidad del sector para recuperarse a partir de 2022.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa aviaci\u00f3n civil se caracteriza por trasladar sus eficiencias al usuario. Por ello, los costos adicionales, y especialmente los costos que no siguen par\u00e1metros globales, van en contrav\u00eda de este esfuerzo por incentivar la aviaci\u00f3n y que cada vez m\u00e1s personas puedan hacer uso del medio de transporte m\u00e1s seguro y eficiente.
