class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>La Corporaci\u00f3n de la Industria Aeron\u00e1utica Colombiana \u2013 CIAC S.A finaliza con \u00e9xito la campa\u00f1a de ensayos DROP TEST full scale de partes de tren de aterrizaje para la aeronave Calima T90.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de fabricaci\u00f3n de partes fue llevado a cabo por la Direcci\u00f3n de Producci\u00f3n de la CIAC con el fin de responder a los requerimientos de aprovisionamiento y costos de componentes de tren de aterrizaje para la flota de aeronaves Calima T90 que cumple con la misi\u00f3n de entrenamiento primario de pilotos de la Escuela Militar de Aviaci\u00f3n Marco Fidel Suarez de Cali.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez culminadas las etapas de dise\u00f1o, validaci\u00f3n y fabricaci\u00f3n de componentes aeron\u00e1uticos para el tren de aterrizaje de esta aeronave, se efectu\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a de pruebas DROP TEST full scale con el objetivo de analizar el comportamiento estructural de las piezas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos operativos, normativos e institucionales, para su comercializaci\u00f3n y uso en estas aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p>Para desarrollar estas pruebas se realiz\u00f3 un montaje completo de una aeronave Calima T90, suspendida a 46 y 67 cm del suelo, a la cual se le efectu\u00f3 una simulaci\u00f3n de velocidades de descenso, para aterrizajes normales, l\u00edmites y hard landing. Durante la prueba, la aeronave se solt\u00f3 de manera deliberada, para permitir un descenso en ca\u00edda libre, hasta chocar con las celdas de impacto instaladas en el suelo del montaje; las cuales registraron la se\u00f1al emitida por la instrumentaci\u00f3n ubicada en la estructura de la aeronave, y generaron la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para monitorizar la estructura durante el ensayo.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de los datos recolectados permiti\u00f3 concluir que hubo una respuesta \u00f3ptima a los m\u00faltiples impactos recibidos en esta campa\u00f1a de ensayos, ya que se evit\u00f3 la falla del conjunto de tren de aterrizaje y esto garantiza el cumplimiento de los requisitos operativos y de seguridad para su uso en estas aeronaves de entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Estos ensayos, adem\u00e1s de comprobar el buen funcionamiento de las piezas, se realizaron para certificar las mismas, por esto se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Oficina de Certificaci\u00f3n Aeron\u00e1utica para la Defensa SECAD, que valid\u00f3 y acept\u00f3 los resultados generados en cada una de las pruebas; con lo que la CIAC S.A obtendr\u00e1 un certificado de producci\u00f3n CPA (Certificado de Producci\u00f3n Aeron\u00e1utica) para la industrializaci\u00f3n y fabricaci\u00f3n en serie de estos componentes aeron\u00e1uticos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prensa
