met\u00e1licas autosoportadas y el equipo asociado, la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil lanza el Proyecto Piloto para el Control Remoto de Torres Digitales, que le permitir\u00e1 gestionar el aterrizaje y despegue de aeronaves en aeropuertos del pa\u00eds en donde ocurran emergencias, se presente bajo n\u00famero de operaciones a\u00e9reas o no haya existido Control de tr\u00e1nsito A\u00e9reo.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Este Piloto comenzar\u00e1 con pruebas en el Aeropuerto Camilo Daza de C\u00facuta, en donde se encuentra la sala de visualizaci\u00f3n. Posteriormente ser\u00e1 llevado a aeropuertos no controlados de la Regional Norte de Santander.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Este desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico se establecer\u00e1 como parte de los procedimientos a\u00e9reos de navegaci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo, de acuerdo con el Reglamento Aeron\u00e1utico Colombiano (RAC) vigente, que se encuentran armonizados con la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional (OACI). La Uni\u00f3n Europea tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una gu\u00eda de Procedimientos para Servicios de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea &#8211; Operaciones de Aeronaves (PANS-OP) de Torres Digitales o Remotas, bajo el concepto conocido como R Tower.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62195a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"62195a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>En los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil pondr\u00e1 en marcha un ambicioso Proyecto Piloto para el Control Remoto del Tr\u00e1fico A\u00e9reo a trav\u00e9s de Torres Digitales equipadas con equipos de \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda. Este desarrollo le permitir\u00e1 a la entidad gestionar aterrizajes y despegues de aeronaves en aeropuertos de dif\u00edcil acceso y log\u00edstica; que enfrenten alguna emergencia, como ocurri\u00f3 en San Andr\u00e9s y Providencia tras el paso del Hurac\u00e1n IOTA, o que tengan un bajo n\u00famero de operaciones a\u00e9reas, en los cuales se optimizar\u00eda Control de Tr\u00e1fico A\u00e9reo (ATC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Este Piloto, que se desarrollar\u00e1 inicialmente en el Aeropuerto Camilo Daza de C\u00facuta y luego ser\u00e1 llevado a aeropuertos no controlados de la Regional Norte de Santander de la Aerocivil, funcionar\u00e1 gracias a un complejo y moderno sistema tecnol\u00f3gico, compuesto por equipos y c\u00e1maras de alta definici\u00f3n, en el cual se invirtieron 280 millones de pesos. Se trata del resultado de un trabajo adelantado por la entidad con el objetivo de implementar nueva tecnolog\u00eda para la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo, que apoye los servicios de navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea en Colombia. Todo ello enmarcado en el principio de mejorar la seguridad operacional\u201d<\/em>, destac\u00f3 la Ministra de Transporte \u00c1ngela Mar\u00eda Orozco.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto es liderado por la Secretar\u00eda de Sistemas Operacionales, la Direcci\u00f3n de Telecomunicaciones y la Regional Norte de Santander. Es el resultado de una serie de seminarios adelantados con el Consejo Internacional de Aeropuertos (ACI) y las diferentes notas de estudio de la OACI, especialmente las producidas en la 13\u00aa Conferencia Mundial de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea, en particular el documento sobre el uso de las Torres Digitales.<\/p>\n<p>Una Torre Remota es un sistema de visualizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real, que le ayuda al controlador de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo a mantener una vigilancia continua con las operaciones a\u00e9reas en el \u00e1rea de maniobras de un aer\u00f3dromo, seg\u00fan explican ingenieros de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil, con el apoyo del proyecto SINEA (Sistema Nacional del Espacio A\u00e9reo). Esto se logra utilizando un conjunto de c\u00e1maras de alta definici\u00f3n y salida de video con resoluci\u00f3n de m\u00ednimo 1080 pixeles y 25 tramas por segundo, que permite gestionar el aterrizaje y despegue de las aeronaves en condiciones de alta seguridad operacional en aeropuertos que hasta hoy no cuentan con la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de control, o que enfrentan una
