con las Agencias de Viajes colombianas.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>La multa impuesta por la Superintendencia es de $219 millones.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Si la aerol\u00ednea no cumple con lo ordenado, se har\u00e1 acreedora de una nueva multa hasta por 500 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales vigentes.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6939651 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" elementor-clearfix\"><p>Hace unos meses, luego de conocerse que la aerol\u00ednea mexicana hab\u00eda dejado de operar en Colombia, y ante una falta de comunicaci\u00f3n de la empresa con relaci\u00f3n a esta decisi\u00f3n, a los vuelos reservados, cambios de itinerario e informaci\u00f3n sobre reembolsos, ANATO solicit\u00f3 a las diferentes entidades del Gobierno Nacional, revisar una medida que permitiera que esta empresa cumpliera a las Agencias de Viajes y \u00e9stas, a su vez, a sus viajeros que hab\u00edan adquirido tiquetes a\u00e9reos de esta compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cComo gremio, nos preocupa esta situaci\u00f3n, pues recopilando la informaci\u00f3n suministrada por nuestras empresas, sabemos que son m\u00e1s de 56 Agencias de Viajes afectadas, 7761 pasajeros y una deuda de alrededor $9.988 millones de la empresa INTERJET con las Agencias de Viajes colombianas y sus pasajeros. Es de destacar que nuestras empresas han estado pendientes de los afectados tratando de buscar soluciones a los inconvenientes\u201d<\/em>, explic\u00f3 Paula Cort\u00e9s Calle, presidente ejecutiva de ANATO.<\/p>\n<p>Tras recibir denuncias, indicando la dificultad de contactar con la sociedad para indagar sobre sus reservas y vencido el t\u00e9rmino otorgado para el acatamiento de cada una de las medidas, y previa solicitud de explicaciones a la aerol\u00ednea, lo cual tampoco fue atendido, la Superintendencia procedi\u00f3 a imponer una multa de $219 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Las \u00f3rdenes emitidas por la entidad son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Emitir y difundir un comunicado de prensa en donde indique a los usuarios los canales y horarios de los que dispone la aerol\u00ednea para para recibir y atender de manera oportuna las peticiones, quejas y reclamos presentados por los usuarios;<\/li>\n<li>Presentar e implementar un plan de atenci\u00f3n a usuarios.<\/li>\n<li>Allegar a la Superintendencia el Sistema de Atenci\u00f3n a Usuarios con el que cuenta en los aeropuertos donde opera en Colombia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cabe destacar que esto no implica que la aerol\u00ednea no deba cumplir con las Agencias de Viajes y pasajeros afectados, por lo que se le otorg\u00f3 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de la notificaci\u00f3n para que acredite el cumplimiento de lo ordenado, de lo contrario se har\u00e1 acreedora de una nueva multa hasta por 500 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales vigentes.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, ANATO, a trav\u00e9s de sus Agencias de Viajes, ha iniciado acciones prejudiciales y judiciales pertinentes con el fin de obtener la devoluci\u00f3n de dineros de los pasajeros y de las Agencias de Viajes, por concepto de la comercializaci\u00f3n de
